Saw this on the site just now when I went to order ——-

ANNOUNCEMENT: PRICE CHANGES These always suck and I will never enjoy delivering this kind of news (for either brand!) but as with Lucky, Ajevie prices will be adjusted again in October. This is solely to adjust for rising supply costs (which have jumped about 20-30%), mostly glass and other containers TBA.

We do occasionally get emails such as "Well, so-and-so charges this price and you should offer even lower if you want to keep your customers!" These always make our day  But, the truth is, we keep the profit margin at Ajevie practically non-existent since we want as many folks as possible to be able to sample! "So-and-

Liquid gel builder/overlay

Discussion/Question

So I will preface this by saying I’m not the most knowledgeable about different options beyond gel, dip, gel-x.

I went to a new salon today to get gel builder, and they ended up using a liquid base. I have only ever gotten the gel builder where the tech squeezed it out of a tube and shaped it to my nail, so I’m confused what the liquid base was. This tech told me that she used a “gel base” instead of “gel builder” because my naturals nails were pretty thin/brittle. I unfortunately didn’t get to see the bottle too well, but it looked like a clear liquid base. The whole process was basically done like a gel manicure, but they charged me the amount of a gel builder process.

With that said, d

Looking for FS (or >2ml decants) of Arcana Craves - try me on most scents as long as it’s gourmand/gourmand adjacent (just no pumpkin).

My MIL was driving to visit us the other night and swerved to avoid an animal in the road. Luckily she wasn’t driving very fast, but unfortunately she jumped the curb and destroyed a few plants (mostly succulents and rubber plants), as well as a decorative boulder (roughly the size of a very large watermelon) in a neighbor’s curbside garden. No other damage occurred to their house or any other property. We cleaned it up as best as we could, and also left a message and note offering to pay for landscaping costs.

After three weeks of following up with him for a quote, the neighbor finally responded that it’s going to be $1,000, which frankly seem preposterous. Trying to be good neighbors, we

We started potty training my 2.5 year old over Thanksgiving, and he’s done pretty well with peeing in the potty when naked and letting us know. We tried commando with pants for a day and it was a hot mess, so we went back to naked. I did read Oh Crap, but quickly realized that my (and probably most) kiddo is not going to master this in 3 days. We also realized that it’s not possible to stay in the house for weeks until he catches on.

Now he’s back to daycare tomorrow, and they require pull ups until he’s fully trained.

Our plan is to:

  1. Pull ups for daycare & longer outings
  2. Commando at home

Is there anything different we should try or consider? Should I try training pants instead o

We’re looking at a SFH by Warm Springs but husband is worried the smell from Newby/Milpitas will carry over in the summer. Location is to the east of 680, between Vineyards Avalon and Bay Biew Golf Club.

I grew up in Milpitas and remember it smelling pretty bad in the summer, but it doesn’t seem to be as bad recently driving down 880 these days (or I’m just desensitized to it…).

Does anyone live around there have any personal experience in the last few years?

We are in the process of applying for a rental managed by a property management company. Our application has been approved, and they’re asking for the deposit in cashier’s check (which is fine).

The issue we’re having is that they are wanting us to pay the deposit first without sending the contract/lease for us to read through. Our ask was for them to send it for us to look through, then we’ll sign and give them the deposit right away. For our peace of mind, we want to read through the lease before committing to rent in order to understand all the terms of the lease (annual increase %, pet rental costs etc).

In our mind, handing over a cashier’s check has no safety net in case the lease i

My 2 year old is still in a crib, and shows no sign of trying to escape (yet!). However, I’m currently pregnant and due when my toddler will be about 2.5, so I’m trying to figure out if we should just bite the bullet now to get it over with.

On the other hand, I have no issues with waiting until he shows us he’s ready, but I’m concerned how it’ll work out when we try to do it with a newborn. I know they say to make no major changes with a newborn since it’s a big adjustment for the toddler, but a part of me wonders if I’m going to regret not doing it sooner.

Any thoughts from those who’ve had this experience?

Can anyone comment on the difference between the two?

I have a Baby Buddha that I EPed with for my first (and love it), but was thinking about adding a different pump for my second due later this year. Portability is not a huge concern since I have the BB.

Thanks!
