I recently ran some network cable through the house to facilitate work from home for my significant other. While the cables were run i included some other drops into other rooms to facilitate items to be wired to the network vs the old wifi setup.

I at first purchased a Net gear managed switch and hooked it into the outbound port of the Fios router, then connected the other ports in the net gear switch to the installed wall plate in my office. (Where all the other drops terminate). I have powered up the Fios router/modem combo and got connected to the outside world for everything connected directly. This seems like a positive development from my perspective as this was the "template" for the NJ magazine law creation.

I am expecting the worst with the election coming. I have heard of a move to NY Style SAFE act restrictions. What happens to the legality of 15 round Mags in the event they make the illegal? What has happened in NY for the folks there? Were they suddenly felons? Are they grandfathered in?

Considering getting some C&R rifles. Was looking at some mosins and some SKS rifles. However when I read through the NJ banned firearms list I see "SKS with detachable magazine type" aren't all SKS rifles detachable mag? Also, do the AWB Restrictions apply to C&R rifles?

Our grey (Mamma), has a new aversion against her outside jacket/sweaters. With the weather getting colder in the north eastern US and morning temps approaching freezing, Id like to get her to wear them. However she gets growly and bears teeth once we attempt to get them on (And if successfuly, off). We take her out sweaterless because we don't want her to fear the walk.

We have tried giving her some treats to encourage her to wear/remove her covering with 100% Fail.

We love her dearly and don't want her getting sick in the comming months any suggestions would be welcome and appreciated by the community.

Is the 15 round max apply to semi auto pistols? I was considering a Ruger 9mm that is 17+1.

Looking to purchase a Mini-14 (Yes i know it's banned by name), however the local gun dealer said this isn't the case as ruger has changed the name of the rifle to "Mini-14 Ranch Rifle". Does this make it viable for ownership here?

On that same accord, is it just the older ruger mini-14's that are considered banned by name?

Hi, Looking to join a range so I have comfortable place to target practice. Has anyone had any experience here? I walked the facility recently during a 22 Steel comp and it seems very nicely kept, many facilities and easy but secure access.

Is this club more like a range then a club? Is there a lot of interaction between members? Are people helpful for people who want to learn?

I also read about a lawsuit from one of the members recently, spoke to my dealer and he mentioned it was likely sour grapes but didn't know how much of that is true or not.

In clan we run all fastboi's (other then the silly games where someone brings a leafblower or VK), We are used to the Tier 6 Camp Strats we see with OI's and T-150's.

What happens when these heavy teams play each other? Is is two camping teams with no battle result? Or does this encourage the teams to meet in an actual battle vs a camp fest?

Lastly, what is the exception of those who do run heavy Tier 6 SH comps? Are you setting yourselves up to Camp before going in or is it reactionary to a lighter faster comp?
