Hi! Very exciting times, I am planning to register as a Sole proprietorship, my main focus will be professional services, clients would mostly be international. I'm wondering if I should register an HST and a business number. The federal website isn't quite clear on what constitutes a taxable supply. https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/tax/businesses/topics/registering-your-business/you-need-a-business-number-a-program-account.html

I'm based in Quebec.

Thanks!

Hey, I'm staying for a couple days in a hotel and washed my eyes with tap water. I immediately washed them again with water from a water bottle yet am still wondering what should I do next?

Advice greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hi all, I'll be visiting Hong Kong soon and am almost decided on the Island Pacific hotel. It looks nice and has good reviews, is it a good place? This will be my first visit.

Thanks all

Hey, I have a question. I'll be visiting HK and China (Beijing) from Canada, and read that I can stay in China for up to 72 hours with a visa delivered at the airport. However, I saw this which claims that the visa-free holder must travel to a third country that is not the one where he's from. Is that true? If not, then the visa should be enough, right?

Thanks!

Hey,

I would like to get some info on how to get work in Dubai? Any good website or agencies? I am a programmer/analyst by trade.

Thanks!

I've been on accutane for about 20 days, and stopped because my lips were constantly chapped, ears slightly hurting and my hands were super dry ( I had red, dry bumps all over my hands). I was putting lotion daily and tried many brands of lip balm, constantly, yet my lips remained dry, they would crack and bleed on occasions.

I've stopped taking the medication, but I'm wondering if my symptoms were unusual for the treatment? What bothered me the most was the cracked lips, is there a lip moisturizer that could work? (I'm done with balms, they just seal in the moisture, and since there's none, they don't help much).

Hi all!

I've been having tinnitus for quite some years now and started to take accutane some days ago. One thing I've noticed is that my tinnitus volume increases after I take the medicine. I've skipped this day and noticed that it's getting better, pressure is easing and volume lowering a bit.

Mind you, my tinnitus increases periodically, so no matter what I do, one day it'll be pretty damn problematic to me. But I'd rather not help increase it if I can.

My question is, has this happened to anyone, how did you manage? Did you quit the medication?

Hi,

I'm trying to find a dermatologist that would prescribe Accutane to me, but the issue being that it's pretty damn hard to get an appointment with a derm in this city and, then to get the actual prescription. They always try to push for a crappy cream or something. Any good tips is highly appreciated!

Hey,

My tinnitus is getting worse and worse and I think that I'd be willing to undertake some trials, as in stem cell research or advanced trials.

Can you point me to a recknown university that does such research? I'm in Canada btw, but willing to go international if need be.
