I'm moving a 40 g tall and a 20 g in a couple of weeks. What do you recommend for transporting fish? Take the water as low as possible and leave the fish in, or put the fish in a separate container for transport? Or some 3rd option?

I had to re-pitch the yeast a few days after my initial brew. I'm supposed to dry hop the fermenter a week after the beginning of fermentation. Should I start the week countdown from the initial pitch or when I re-pitched the yeast?

I have a school of 5 Julii corydoras and recently noticed that their barbels had worn away. The water parameters are stable and none of the other fish (including the corys) are showing any other signs of disease. They receive a mixed diet of algae wafers, shrimp pellets, and occasional blood worms. Is it a fungal or bacterial infection? How can I treat them?

Hey all,
I was thinking about adding some bamboo shrimp to an established tank and I wanted to get some thoughts on if they would survive their tank mates and how many I should consider buying.
I currently have two ~3 year old pearl gouramis and 5 yo yo loaches. Are they going to feast on these shrimp? And if not, how many shrimp should I consider purchasing?
