Here's my prediction for the last episode:
Having wrapped up the final bit of emotional baggage from his past, Don finds out about Betty from Sally and buys a flight out of Kansas. He checks-in, but misses his original flight (as per Rachel Mencken). The plane crashes, and makes everyone think he's dead. He is now faced with a choice: become Dick and disappear (as per his past nature)? Or remain Don and face up to his responsibilities as a father. The entire show has been about whether people really change...
Back at McCann, Peggy makes it to the creative director position left vacant by Don. She continues her growth as a more assertive female in her profession and gets
