Looking to get the slab poured for a 24x32 detached garage, and I'm having a hard time finding someone to do the work. Does anyone here have a concrete guy?

I put in some frost-hardy plants already. Looking at the upcoming forecast we should be safe to put tomatoes and peppers in the ground right?
I live in the 35 off Stellhorn if that matters.
The biggest problem is water backing up in the sink while the washer is draining. We've had problems with water backing up in the bathtub when the sewer line is clogged so I expect it's something between the sink and bathtub drain line.
Priority two would be to replace the copper line under the sink where to leads to the main drain line. It's corroded in places and I've taken measures to temporarily fix it but I would be interested in just having it replaced.
The lowest priority is replacing the two bathroom faucets. Nothing out of the ordinary but the replacements have been sitting in the garage for 2 years and I'm ready to let someone e
I know the "build now or later" posts can be annoying but I've been out of the loop on hardware releases since I built last. I'm currently running a 6700k, 2x8db ddr4, 1tb m.2, rx580 @ 1440p.
My only games going into this year are Diablo 4 and Starfield but I'll probably pick up VR in the fall.
Clearly, I keep my hardware around for a while so it feels off to pick up something like a 6800xt or 3070ti when the hardware is already dated. It seems like we should be seeing a 7700 or something new from nvidia soon right? Either way I'd like to have a discussion about building now or in a few months if the intention is to keep the build around 5+ years.
Current pc is: i6700k, 2x8gb, rx580, 650watt gold+ corsair psu, m.2 1tb.
This year I'll be looking into getting the quest3 when it comes out, playing Diablo 4 and Starfield at 1440p. I don't have a super strict budget but I'd like to stay south of $650.
I've looked at the 6800 xt but it's a 2-year-old gpu and I don't want to wait another 5 years to upgrade and then it's way out of date. I could get a 3070ti since it'll likely perform better for vr and starfield but it's also a little old, or keep saving for a 4070ti even though it's getting all the hate.
In reality, do we expect something else to come along in the next 4 months that's going to change from these options?
I'm looking to buy one but they're almost impossible to find on lots. I don't want to order without the chance to sit inside and maybe drive around a bit in a parking lot or something. Ideally, I'd like to get on the highway for a few miles but I would be fine with the owner driving those.
Used would be great, I have a lot of Discraft and Innova for trade.
I would love some insight on the working environment and outlook.
In edible form of course.
Our club as a big tournament coming up and I'm looking to create the players guide. I have the obvious schedules, contact info, OB listing, additional hole notes, and sponsor information, but I would be interested to see what other players would like to see in a players guide.
