I am back for advice on making a new gaming build. I really only need the PC as I have everything else. My last build was was this one. Since then I was able to get an Acer Predator XB271HU. My goal with this new build is to try and get 144 fps at 1440p in most of the games I play and plan to play. Also, I plan on replacing the Focusrite Scarlett Solo that u/Mad_Economist suggested in my last build with a 2nd gen, but that will be a bit later. While I am wearing headphones 90% of the time I would like to try and get the noise down if possible, but not at the cost of my fps. Also I am not reusing any parts from
Trying to repair my k7xxs and I am wondering what kind of wire they use inside the headphones. The wire I have is thicker and I'm new at repairing stuff like this.
Also, I currently use these with a Focusrite Scarlett Solo. Should that be enough to power these or should I invest in an amp/dac?
Hey Everyone,
So a long time ago I messed up and bought the PS3 version of the MadCatz SFIV Tournament Edition and Round 2 sticks. It seem they only work on the PS3 or specific USB chipsets on PC. So I've been looking into modding them and it seem like the Brooks universal board is the way to go.
However, I have never soldered before and I see on a lot of sites that sell extra wiring harnesses, etc. I just looking to be pointed in the right direction on how to mod these while retaining as much of the button functionality as possible. Any help would be appreciated.
Has anyone found a good way to do the gravity slide in Gravity Rush 2? I can't seem to do this easily on my Vita.
Hey Guys,
Trying to figure out how to get the hold for turbo to go faster. I have the slider moved all the way to the right but its actually still pretty slow. Is there a better way to do this?
I am helping a coworker get back into PC gaming. He has an old PC currently but becuase he just moved it is packed away but he wants to try and reuse anything he has. Additionally, he wants 1 1440p144hz monitor but also wants two more for extra work space, so the extra dont need to be 1440p144hz.

I'm finally able to post my completed build. The original thread is here.
The reason it took so long to for me to post was because I ran into an issue with the monitor. When I first received it the monitor was broken. The bezel was misaligned on the edge of the screen and the frame was open on the upper right. None of the buttons worked at all. So I had to ship it back for a replacement and wait for them to receive it and then ship out the replacement.
Anyways, here are the pictures of the build and where it lives.
I want to thank u/transam617 for
I'm looking to build my first gaming PC in about 10 years. Would like to be able to play the newest games and play them at a high FPS. Looking at also getting the HTC Vive later this year (if possible). So any money I Get back from rebates will go towards a purchase of the HTC Vive. I also play bass guitar and I am looking for a way to record directly to my PC and do some light audio editing as a hobby. Also I am looking to keep the build neat and clean inside the case. So any kind of cable management is a plus.
What is your budget? $2000.00 USD
Are you okay with mail in rebates? I only have $2000. But if anything has rebates I will gladly send them in for money back.
What is you
Trying to play this on remote play but I find the controls are way to difficult. Any one else give it a shot yet?
