TL;DR: 16 year old self-taught programmer in first year of (community) college, I don't want to continue studying, how do I proceed to get an internship/job?

Would this work? I've heard that you need to replace the screen with the same specs that came with the model originally (though I'm not sure if this is the one that originally came with the laptop).

Hello, I've never written an mpv plugin before, but I want to make/edit an existing Discord rpc plugin. I primarily use mpv for music, and would like to display the cover art. (to my knowledge) mpv loads cover art from either a cover.ext file or from data embedded into the audio file itself. I know it's possible to get the current file location, but I am only concerned with the video stream (really a still image.)

How do I get the cover art (usually an mjpeg video stream) programmatically from a lua extension?

I'm more of a "normal"/backend guy, with experience in traditional programming languages (Rust, Go, Python, C). As such, HTML/JS/CSS is not exactly my area of expertise. I've recently decided to try and start up a small local tech support business with a friend, and we're looking for HTML templates to use for our own website.

I created a directory to mount in /home/liveuser/m, and am trying to open /dev/nvme1n1p2 with the following command: sudo cryptsetup open /dev/nvme1n1p2 followed by entering my passphrase. I have looked through many answers through SO, superuser, and Unix/Linux, but they all seem to be incorrect passphrases or hardware incompatibility; which is extremely unlikely because I am using the same hardware, the only difference being the liveusb. I’ve got about $300 to spend, and I think a Thinkpad is a good choice in terms of longevity and value. I found a X390 with a 13.3" screen, an i5-8365U processor, 1TB SSD storage, and 16GB RAM for about $300 on eBay. Is this a good option or should I keep looking?

I have HOI4 native 1.12.7 for linux, but I can't find any torrents for 1.12.7 windows (i can only find 1.12.6). I can easily run the windows version through wine, but I can't really play online because it's not the latest version (even though i have a working online-fix).
