Thinking about mods in a different direction.. I live in a major city and do zero off-roading.

Considering dropping suspension 1”, wider tires, sound dampening floors, and searching for the best way to tighten up the steering. Would also love to improve MPG but no biggie.

Gamed it all season after putting the spider away after 3 years and messing around with a few others.

I’m a fan but I’m looking for the higher quality version that it was copied off.

The knocks I’ve read have been around low quality feel, sound, and looks with the milled insert vs. solid milling. Definitely feels softer than a proper Scotty and who wouldn’t want a fully milled head? It’s still solid. Especially at the price point. Perfect Kirkland product - it fits everyone except those on the extreme ends of the spectrum.

I plan to use it until I find something that feels better. Curious if a higher end original model exists to try out head to head. Anyone aware of
