Could anyone recommend an attorney who handles speeding citations in Deer Lodge/Powell County?

I’ve searched online and called several law firms in the area, but so far they’ve all said they don’t handle traffic citations. The OffTheRecord app isn't offering services for Deer Lodge.

I’d really appreciate any recommendations from someone who has dealt with a similar situation.

Looking for advice on a speeding ticket in Powell County, Montana.

My partner received a speeding ticket near Deer Lodge. It was under MCA §61-8-303(1)(a). This is their first ticket, they have a clean driving record, and they have a Washington State license.

We contacted Powell County Justice Court about a deferred sentence or another option to keep it off their driving record, but the judge declined the request.

We’ve also contacted several attorneys, but none handle traffic tickets in Powell County, and Off The Record doesn’t service this court.

Has anyone dealt with a similar situation in Powell County? Would it be worth pleading not guilty and trying to negotiate a reduced/amended c

Last week, my partner and I were traveling from Washington State to Yellowstone, and my partner was driving the car when they received a speeding ticket in Deer Lodge, Powell County. The sheriff issued the citation and instructed us to pay the fine using citepayusa.com. However, it has been over a week, and we still cannot find the citation online to make the payment. Is it normal for it to take this long for the citation to become visible online?

I am 31F and my PCP diagnosed me with ADHD. She wanted me to start with Adderall. But, as I am trying to conceive she suggested me start on non stimulant medication for now. My primary physician in the US told me that I have ADHD based on the symptoms that I shared with her and asked me to take Ad*erall. I (30F) currently working as a front end developer from the past 2 years in a startup making 80K$/year with an yearly bonus of 10K-20K$. Though I enjoy what I am currently doing, I don’t see myself doing the same for the next 10-15 years, partly because I dread coding. I have always been interested in Workday.
