This is a pretty self explanatory post, I’m just curious for some opinions. It looks like I’m going to need shoulder surgery at some point in the near future. I’ve dealt with physical therapy before and am looking for a more-solid solution. From the research I’ve done, I either want to get looked at by IBJI (Dr. Chams) or Midwest Ortho @Rush (Dr. Garrigues). Does anyone have experience with either of them? Any advice is appreciated. I haven’t made an appointment or anything yet, I just want to make an informed decision before I go down this road.

Just got labrum surgery, starting to learn more about the benefits of BPC 157. I’m not afraid on on-site pinning or anything like that, I will do what I need to in order to fix this shoulder as best I can. Can someone explain the best stack / dosages / timeline to take and use it for? I’ve heard good things about stacking with TB500. Also as the best source online to order the stuff from a reputable lab? I really just want a good general overview for recovery concerning mobility and strength building in my shoulder; point me in the right direction.
This is gonna sound crazy, but I think I just come up with a new type of cigarette, probably wrong or something though but listen. Zyns have no tobacco in them, cigarettes do. So what if you had like soaked just rolling paper into a liquid mix of nicotine, dried the paper, and rolled that paper up to about the size of a cigarette, and smoked it? You wouldn’t have the however many bad chemicals found in cigs, could easily add different flavors, and would get the better buzz of smoking rather than a pouch. Phillip Morris get in on this pls.
New to the cafe scene, and I have a question. So what could you really get reasonably easily for around $2k? Sort of looking to buy, so if you happen to find something on Facebook link it in the comments. Also, what would you guys recommend as far as me doing my own search?
So I signed a contract to live in Ike next year. I am currently a freshmen living in Evans. I would like to get out of this without paying a fee as I was offered an extremely good deal on rent with a buddy of mine (less than 400 per month). How can I do this?? I signed up for the room at Ike back in January. I saw something about paying 75% of the contract..I don’t want to do that, nor do I want to miss out on this cheap rent. How can I get out of this?? Tips??
Where is the absolute best place to view Oppenheimer in the Chicago/Chicagoland area? I’m not driving to Indianapolis, it’s booked anyway, so what’s my next best option for Chicago Theaters?
I need a M14x1.5 bolt, here’s the kicker, it’s needs to be 10 inches long and at least grade 8. I can’t fine them anywhere, any tips?
Based on my financial information, savings, investments, my EFC is extraordinarily high, almost double from every estimation I’ve seen. Something is not right, how do I go about fixing this?
