I'm in town for a couple of days and the closest ive ever been to here is either New York or Atlanta (sorry, not familiar at all with the East Coast so I'm pretty ignorant on which of those would be closer).

Anyways, I'm free tomorrow afternoon and night to do whatever, was seeing if anybody had any suggestions of cool places to check out in the afternoon and chill bars / food for tomorrow night. I'm staying pretty close to VCU, so preferably stuff somewhat near there, although found a place that rents bikes so I may do that to get around. On that note if there are any badass bike trails let me know so I know it's worth even renting one.

Why would anybody, let alone a dude on reddit, wish such a thing? Because once people have no compelling reason to sit and bitch about things they do nothing about they will get off their fucking asses and rally in real life where people at large will notice.

I already know people are going to say, "hey, but I do shit on reddit and help society in real life too." That's awesome, and keep up the good work. However, most young adults tend to bitch about things in politics when they don't even vote. To be honest, I might not have voted in recent elections either, if I didn't live in Oregon where they make it easy by allowing you to mail in your vote.

I watched the entire season, and it wasn't bad by any means. But friends and random internet people keep talking about how it's the best show on tv.

I haven't read the comic, which may be part of the problem. But from what I've seen so far the best aspect was the great work the makeup/costume people did making people zombies. This is probably the wrong reddit to put this in, but I'm a bit stoned, clicked random a few times, found zombies, and wanted to ask.
