Hey guys, I experienced something while meditating and I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on it. I experience this deep state of ecstacy while meditating, my eyes roll back into my head, it's stronger than any orgasm and I sort of become numb to the outside world, it was really cool!

I've been trying so hard to lose weight, I dunno if it's these fucking antipsychotics but it's miserable, I just can't lose this fucking 20lbs i've put on since i've started the medication. I feel ugly, I feel fat and I feel unattractive. My confident is shot and I don't know what to do. I just wanna date and feel fucking normal and attractive like everyone else. I hate being fat. I hate it I hate it I hate it. Eurgh. This might be more to do with body image, it probably is but I just want to rant right now. My social anxiety fucked with me today. I went to meditation class and there were so many attractive people dating and talking and being relaxed and comfortable.

I'm on aripiprazole 5mg, no positive symptoms but I really want to go to sleep. Like, I can't work the feeling is so strong. Is this a negative symptom, a side effect of the medication, or something else? Everything else if fine, it's just this stupid sleepiness, help?

I'm reading the divided self and it describes me to a tee! It's lucky i'm in therapy and going through all these changes or otherwise i'd be stuck living the same way i've always lived. Give the book a read, it's eye opening to say the least.

There was some difficulty around whether or not I was going back to university after my episode and it's all been cleared up and I'm going back. I'm so excited and happy and woooooooooo!

I was so anxious and nervous but I persisted until I was a little bit relaxed, I went to a meditation class and met some people. I was quiet especially around girls but I talked to a couple of guys, it was ok. But man dealing with this social anxiety is a bitch but I'm going to learn to manage it. Anxiety suks, fuk

What books are you reading?

I just read 'The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck' by Mark Manson. I thought it was really good and had a lot of interesting life lessons that we should all bare in mind. I liked how he talked about values a lot.

What about you?
