Hey reddit! I'm curious as to how your gamedays went, if you've enjoyed them, etc. I achieved my goal at our stores game day, but my day was ruined by this complete asshat.

So a little backstory is probably needed. Yesterday was my first FNM ever, and I did well for my first time (3-2) for not having the common burn spells in my deck. I decided to go to the game day, as I was still in the area and it seemed like a fun way to spend an evening. I went there, and there was around 11 of us.

Before the game day started a big fellow with a great beard asked me if I wanted to play before it started. I said sure and we played. I got a mediocre hand, but played decently. He was playing R/b vampire

So my friend and I are excited for the new event decks coming out (http://www.wizards.com/magic/magazine/article.aspx?x=mtg/daily/arcana/1071) and we're wondering about the price changes that they will cause, specifically with the golgari deck. With such money cards such as thragtusk, vexing devil, and wolfir silverheart, will the printing and release of the event decks cause the prices of these cards to go down, as there will be more produced, or the price to go up, since people will want x4 of's for their new event decks. I recently had 2 forgotten beasts attack at once in my fort (one was an eyeless warthog, another a giant yellow bird). We fought them off but now there's miasma EVERYWHERE. I think we moved the corpses, but that didn't clear it out. Is it because some of my dwarfs are rotting? I've had the problem of rotting cats before, so I just butchered them. Any help on stopping it/clearing it out would be appreciated. I've tried making a vent, but that's not helping.

I'm having a problem with chickens, turkeys and ducks not claiming next boxes. I'm about 2 years into this game and I haven't found a way to fix it. http://i.imgur.com/x5mRn.png My nest box set up looks like this. I've tried making a pasture over it, picking up the boxes and putting it back down, and I got maybe 1 bird to temporarily occupy one, nothing permanent. Anyone know how to fix this? And any tips on the layout of this layer would be appreciated. Thanks!
