KDE has been my DE of choice for the past 4 years, but around a year ago KMail UI broke (https://i.imgur.com/eCUq4IE.png) and nothing I tried fixed it, including a complete KDE purge and reinstall.

The same issue happens on System settings>Application styles>Window decorations.

I'm on Debian testing (Bullseye), Kernel 5.4, KDE Plasma 5.14.5

Anybody has any idea why this is happening?

Long story short: twitter blocked my account for posting some guy's email address (a Gmail address, so who knows if it was his real address or not) after he wrote it to me to talk in private, and then deleted the message.
I don't care much for Twitter suspending my account, I just care about my personal data on Twitter.
Apparently you can't download you archive if the account is suspended.
My idea was to download the archive and then delete the account, but I can't, I can't even remove my phone number from the profile.
I can't even remove the account!

Is it even legal?

EDIT: I'm in Europe, GDPR protects data portability https://gdpr-info.eu/art-20-gdpr/, should I appeal to the aut
