My motorcycle is needing replacement and I don't want to commit to a new petrol motorcycle.

I have been searching the internet but can't find dealerships that sell electric motorcycles. I have found UBCO and Lifan scooters but they are too small to use the motorway.

I did find Evoke motorcycles but no dealerships that sell them.

Have I missed something. Are there no electric motorcycles in NZ larger than a scooter?

This is my first year on the InvestNow platform. June 20th was dividend distribution day for a few of the fund's I am investing it.

I have been waiting to see these dividends show up in my InvestNow account but it has been a couple days and there is nothing. No cash on my account or units bought due to reinvesting distributions.

Does anyone know how long it typically takes for these to show up?

My plan is to pay my house off within the decade, which coincides with my kids moving on, and then moving out of the city and into a smaller place.

I want to keep my current family home to rent out.

Would you be considered an investor with higher LVR requirements, etc if you were living in the second house that is bought?

I am keen to get an EV motorcycle to replace my current ICE one. Not keen for a scooter though.

My Google search hasn't found me any local distributers of any.

Does anyone know if there is anyone in NZ that is selling them or planning to?

I am wondering what everyone on the path to FIRE drives. I myself drive a Toyota Corolla and I find it so tempting to buy a nice SUV, especially since I would be able to buy it without the need for finance.

I find this quite difficult. At work, people who report to me drive better cars than I do. I know that I will reap the benefits in the long term but it still gets to me.

I just discovered that my PIR rate is lower than it should be at my bank. It has been this way for a few years. I am currently earning around $40 a month in interest.

Do I need to bother declaring this or taking any action with regards to the IRD it should I just update to the correct PIR rate.

I don't file any tax return.

I have heard of Superannuation. A friend said she pays into her super at work. So I have been thinking it was a retirement product organised by a company.

Now with all the news around super it seems like every kiwi (conditions on immigrants qualifying) gets it.

Should I be contributing to the fund somehow?

I recently bought some NZ top 50 Smartshares ETF units on the market via an ASB Securities account.

How are dividends distributed to unit holders? Will they send cheques or is there some where I can register a back account to receive the funds into?
