Who else has restless legs in their arms and back also? It just gets worse all the time! This is the 43rd year. Quitting sugar helped a lot but not all the way. Any else tried this with success?

Has anyone had experience with having a knee or hip replacement with RLS? Mine is pretty severe. Like 24/7. I'm terrified of being immobilized with a cast.

I've suffered from RLS for over 40 years now and have tried everything. Unfortunately for me the only things that work for me are opioids which they are too scared to prescribe. SMH Just stopped Tramadol after over a decade of relief. That gave me Pregabalin (Lyrica) which didn't work before but somehow they think it's going to miraculously work now. They have tried everything, all the usual stuff. I found Tramadol from this subreddit. Does anyone know anything like Tramadol I might try? Seems I get better info here than from my Dr. Thank you

Past few nights have been horrible! I mean leg punching horrible! Then I'll have times when I forget I even have RLS! Wish I could figure out why. Any ideas? I've looked at diet and I'm going to cut out sugar. We'll see if it helps.

Well, I had to wipe my Moms ass today for the first time. This is a woman who was the first in her family to go to college, worked her way through. She got her Masters Degree by going to night school when we were little. To see her reduced to this is killing me! Any hints or words of wisdom welcomed. I am her only caretaker at this point.

Having a pinched nerve and RLS is brutal. The pain when I move is excruciating but I obviously can't not move. Nothing helps either. RLS is a special kind of torture I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy!
