I got the strobe Dewy skin tint from Mac and I really like light coverage to use as my foundation.

I did not realize it had shimmer in it and I just don’t like that. I have an Ulta and Sephora nearby.

Any other suggestions?

I use the light three in the Mac skin tint if my skin color matters all

I have a client who wants to bring on a contractor that requires sponsorship. They asked me to onboard them and told me what third-party.

We are swiftly, efficiently going through the onboarding steps to bring this person in and have clearly told this sales person/account manager all the steps(only 3) that we’re going to go through and the timeline on all of them.

His communication is overwhelming, and I keep having to tell him the same things over and over.

A few major annoyances:

Within five minutes (often less than 2) of him sending an email he will call and if I don’t answer, he will immediately call a second time.

He seems to ignore/forget my timelines/SLAs. For instance, I will s

I know, man with all different length hair deal with balding.

I’ve noticed that there are quite a few men with thinned hair that have pretty decent length hair(like past the chin).

I’m curious if you all think that is due to the fact that maybe they already had long hair and they have more of an affinity for their hair so it’s harder to let it go when it start starts to thin or are they growing it out?

I hope my curiosity comes across with this post and it’s not perceived as judgment!

I’ve started realizing these are the quick and easy ways to add great flavor and layering. I’m curious what quick and easy sauces, glazes, etc that you love making at home!

I loved the glaze/sauce in Ali Slagle’s Honey-Habanero Pork Chops with carrots.

Some of you will get this, here’s the title I should’ve chosen originally.

— Let me know your ideas for before, during, or after trips to get kids engaged or excited about the places we’re going.

Before a family trip, I threw a “day camp” for my nephews (ages 2, 4, & 5). We made crafts, tried regional foods, watched kid-friendly videos, and colored pictures of landmarks while talking about what makes them special.

When we actually traveled, they got it. They got excited spotting things they’d learned about and understood why what they were seeing was cool.

Here’s the thing: kids go to incredible places and have no idea why they’re special. Adults choose Italy because we know about the history, art, food, architecture. Kids just get told “we’re going somewhere” and dragged around looking at old buildings.

MY APPROACH: Give kids the same context we have. Before any trip, do hands-on p

On my release radar from Spotify last week I noticed a song called “Ex Village” on album named the same. Main artist was “Funny Signh” and Cam Cole.

It was greyed out. I thought maybe just pulled from Spotify, but I can’t find evidence it exists/existed any where.

I tried to share a screenshot, but it’s not allowed in this sub. So it at some point was on Spotify because it got added to my playlist, but now it’s not clickable or searchable. Also not found elsewhere.

Tell me no

Discussion

Every day I wake up and say today is my start of a tolerance break so I can form more healthy relationship with my weed use. And then I’m smoking.

Today I’m already wanting to smoke and I smoked right before midnight last night. I woke up this morning, knowing that I wanted a break today and while I want to break, I also really want to go out and smoke.

Somebody tell me no. My voice saying no feels too weak to stay a no.
