I'm not too fussed about VO2 Max as I know it's not very accurate, but I like to keep an eye on stats anyway. The problem is, my VO2 Max isn't updating. It's been 44 since 29th September. My fitness has massively increased since then, with large increases in my weekly running mileage, faster max paces, reduced heart rate during my easy runs (for the same pace). What gives?

Any Warps Edge officianados out there who can give me some hints for success? I've had 2 games so far, both against the Dread, and in both cases I didn't clear all the enemies let alone do any damage to the boss. I've been doing research and looking for play throughs but I can't see what I'm doing wrong. I want it to be challenging but I'd like to feel optimistic that I can beat it on a future attempt, but right now it feels impossible. Are there any commonly missed rules or tactics I should be aware of?
My most recent attempt was with the Titan, and I took 3 damage total throughout the run, losing 2 tokens to shield discard and 1 hull damage. Other than that I was trying to work towards
I've been enjoying this game a lot with my wife recently, the theming has definitely helped get her into it.
Is the play mat worth getting? Does it add anything to the game that the original board doesn't? I can understand why mats are useful for games like splendor, but it doesn't seem to add much to HP hogwarts battle.
In a similar vein, are there any games where you use a play mat and couldn't play without it now?
Does anyone know if the Lidls or Aldis in Ipswich have self service checkouts? It's too stressful packing up most of the time with not enough room to do so. Would like to spend less than I do at Sainsbury's but not at the expense of having to endure the stressful checkout.
First world problem I know...
Last night the servers went down for me whilst I was playing. I didn't want to stop so I fired up Zen mode. It was extremely relaxing to play without the map being cluttered with other people (ghosts) and objectives etc. Also the helicopter rides are free in Zen mode, so it as an absolute joy to get dropped at the top of the highest peaks and just find a nice line across a variety of sports, down to the very bottom.

I see it as a nun-like woman in side profile, wearing some kind of head scarf, and with her eyes closed in tranquil thought.
If I'm at the 60% due to gear and mods, does adding a mod to a weapon that increases CHC actually do anything, or is it a waste of a slot?
I'm trying to partially deserialize a large JSON payload using Newtonsoft.Json. It is a nested structure and I need to extract a single property from some of the objects at lower depths. However, I don't want to lose any of the other data, ideally, it would just be a byte[] or string.
I've included stripped-down classes to attempt to illustrate my problem. In case this sounds like an x-y problem, the reasoning for this being required is I have a very large amount of data to send from A to B and I just need to use the Id to control the flow of data, the content of the rest of the data isn't important to me.
The performance of deserializing the entire structure when I only care about one p
That's shallot!
Hi guys, I'm interested in purchasing a camera/camcorder capable of recording live music. In the past I've used two different fujifilm bridge cameras which were fine for the quiet songs but were completely distorted at loud volumes.
Could anyone recommend a camera setup for recording relatively loud music? The format could be a camera with a microphone input or more ideally an all in one camcorder capable of good video AND good audio (even at highish volume).
The budget would probably be a maximum of £300 (British) but any savings on this would be great!
Hi guys, So I'm just finished week 1. I found it hard but extremely rewarding. After enjoying my first two runs immensely I decided to purchase a GPS running watch for day 3 onwards. I just used it for W1D3 and man was it good.
Whenever I felt like I was cheating I looked down at the watch and listened intently at the beeps that told me to start walking and I didn't feel as guilty. Plus, it showed me my route so I can show others where I've been and also gave me a time to strive towards for future runs. I ran/walked for 21 minutes and only covered 1.68 miles but I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Based on this week I'm going to find W2 very difficult but I can't wait to rest my legs an
