Blasting Prince Daddy

Every day, all day

My girl may hate me

I get it but, she fuckin sucks

Finally got to see this incredible band live for the first time a few days ago. They're officially on my list of bands that whenever they're within a 5 hour drive, I'm there.

Hotwire Trip Switch, it's been a month, where are you at with it? Ask a fan their favorite song and you'll get a different answer every time, because they're all f'n bangers. 10/10. AOTY.

And that's all I have to say about that.

Beyond frustrated, although in no way surprised as a long time Google Fi customer, that Google's customer support is a total failure. I specifically wrote in about the Moonstone color not being available for replacement, and all I got after a two-week wait was a useless link to the general replacement page and the advice to "keep checking." This isn't just about a slow, pointless response; it's a complete dismissal of the issue. It is an insult to customers who have spent $230 on a device. They're left with a useless paperweight and no way to replace it in the color they originally chose.

Several web searches have failed me. Here's what I remember; it was completely text based, you were on an island (of sorts) with a mansion for a weekend, a murder happens the first evening and you have to solve it. It's not Murder in the Mediterranean. I think about it about once a year but I can never remember the title. Who's got a clue?

I noticed I had 29,950 scrobbles in 2012. Had I been paying closer attention, I would've made sure I got 30k that year. I did pass 30k in 2013, but I think that was just coincidence as I was listening to a ton of music back then.

It should never be about the numbers, of course, it's only in looking back I realized I came so close. Other near misses were 19,486 in 2015 and 14,585 in 2017.

What are some of your near misses?

In July got a 90 day fill for this medication for the first time, it cost me $70. I'd been paying $35 for a 30 day supply, so I was thrilled I finally pushed to get the three month supply. I just filled my second 90 day today and it cost me $160.

The pharmacy told me they wouldn't have the generic until February, and it was so expensive because I was getting the brand. But when I asked them to check, I had received the brand back in July as well. They're just completely gouging us.

I work in a primary care office, and my manager wanted to meet with me and the provider I work with about what I assumed was this patient rescheduling project she's asked me to work on. Instead they wanted to talk about how they've noticed a "change in my demeanor" the last few weeks.

They didn't say I was doing anything wrong or that I needed to change anything. Well, congratulations, you picked up on the fact that I'm tired of working 40 hours every single week and still living in abject poverty.

In the last few weeks I've learned I'm probably going to have to sell the home I've lived in since 2010 to pay my debts. And with the wage I'm paid I'll never be able to afford the rent incre

I'll skip the history of what got me here, other than to say divorce and covid-related layoff are the main factors. My income was reduced by half at least.

CC debt of 25,000. I stopped paying once my forbearance ended and had to choose mortgage payment over CC debt. I was sued and default judgement was just ordered after the judge pushed the court date twice so we could continue negotiating. They offered to settle for $8,000 but there's no way I could conjure up that lump sum. And there's only so many days I can miss work, when I didn't attend the last date the default was ordered.

I just paid off a new car loan taken out in 2017 by the skin of my teeth (car was repo'd once about a
