I've got two tickets to tonight's 7pm show at the Grog. Show is sold out. Tickets are digital. I'm a real person. This isn't a spammy bot post. I'm not one of those slugs. Hit me up if you're interested.

I used to see him all over. In the same circles as Sam and Mark. I know he's still working but he doesn't seem to be around, on any pods etc. I know he's an odd guy, but I wonder if there's a reason for him being MIA?

3 Weeks in. Lost a ton. Than stalled. And that's ok!

Strict Carnivore Diet (No Plant Food & Drinks posts)

43 year old male. Starting weight 440.

Started Carnivore. Lost 25 pounds in the first week. Insane.

Lost 4.5 lbs in the second week. Very cool and less scary.

This week, haven't lost a pound yet. And that's ok.

Because this "diet" makes it so hard to cheat. When I was attempting Keto, it was really easy to "accidentally" eat too many carbs. But the rules here are so simple and so obvious that even though I've been bummed about what I'm sure will be a very tiny plateau, I don't have the opportunity to accidentally throw it all away!

And now I'm just going to weigh myself every week so i don't get discouraged! (The only reason I was doing it daily before is because i was losing so

Seven days in. Insane results. 25.6 lbs lost.

Carnivore Diet Success Stories

I lost 25.6 pounds in seven days.

I'm a 43 year old male and my starting weight was 440.

I have been doing Carnivore for seven days. I also started a tirzepatide compound on day one as well. In truth, I didn't decide to try carnivore until after I ordered the tirzepatide, otherwise I might have just done it without it. But I had already bought a 3 month supply for $500 so I figured I'd do it simultaneously.

I've also been been accidentally doing IF and OMAD for the post part, but mainly because I forget to eat, or to prepare food. (Very real ADHD.)

I feel great. I'm not hungry. I got my wife a milkshake the other night and had zero interest in having any of it. I feel lighter.

I really thought cutting diet and zero soda was going to be much harder.

Strict Carnivore Diet (No Plant Food & Drinks posts)

Hello! I've been lurking here for a month or two and this is my first post. I started Carnivore on Friday. That makes this day 6. It's been a lot easier than when I did Keto a few years ago. One thing I was worried about was Diet Coke and Pepsi Zero. I read some things that suggested a slow transition, basically because with everything that your body is going through with the elimination of carbs, caffeine withdrawal headaches on top of it all might be a little much. SO, I've been cutting back. I don't want to admit how much i was consuming before. But my plan was to limit it to one a day during week one. One every other day in week two. One every three days in week three and then stop. Well

On January 1st I decided this was going to be the year. The year I lose all the weight and get healthy. Of course, I also decided that every January 1st for the last 8 years or so. But no turning back this time. January 1st. Here we go. Ok, January 8th, definitely January 8th. Ok, January 15th for sure. This went on until February 10th. When for some reason, it clicked, I started on my path and stuck to it. And now, one month later I have lost 24.5 pounds. I get that loss will slow down as I go but still! I'm proud, I'm happy and this is the kind of progress that will keep the momentum going! On to the next month!

If you’re wondering about specifics, I’m doing keto, one meal a day at 6:30,

Hi. I’ve been lurking on here for a long time. Just created an account. I started on Feb 10. I’ve been doing keto, one meal a day and drinking a gallon of water a day. I’ve lost almost 20lbs which is incredible. (I’ve very overweight. Starting weight 414. Current weight 395.6.)

Question. I’m having a hard time completing my meals. I’m not going crazy with fat. Today for example I had 74g of fat and 136g of protein and 2g of carbs. I find myself full fast. Can I eat til I’m full and stop or do I need to push through to make sure I’m not sending my body into “starvation mode.”
