I skipped a few of the introductory information, single-handedly deciding they were not needed.

The question: Our puppy is not so little any more and will start pulling a scooter soon. Before we go to the intro, the next round of innoculations is up, so we'll be at the vets anyway.

I want to use that appointment to make sure our dog is healthy enough to pull a scooter and start her life as a sledge-dog. Is there anything you'd consider essential as a "pre-work checkup" that I should plan for?

If so, I might want to book a longer appointmen

I've been trying to come to terms with companions and have to admit I'm still struggling.

So far it seems that I want the companion with the best actively applied debuff as my summoned companion (correct?). This is not the passive bonus that all companions give, but rather one of the poorly labelled "attacks" it has. In my case the Chult Tiger, because I bought one.

This summoned pet is supposed to have three bonding runestones and as many stats as I can cram into it. All of those of the highest level I can get, as they are applied both directly in companion-damage and 3xpercentage to me, whenever it uses a power (right?).

The other "active but not summoned" companions are the ones where

Hey friendly people with furballs in their cars!

We are in the unfortunate situation of needing a new car soon. So - of course - I have no idea what to get and don't really care. However, it needs lots of room for several humans (3), luggage and ideally room for more than one Malamute.

I don't want to attach a trailer for dogs, because I'm lazy and want to save money on ferries and get up mountains.

Anyone got a suggestion?

Hey all.

We are currently at an inconvenient stage in the life of our puppy. She's a 6 month old malamute, who enjoys hard work. Unfortunately, the weather is still dubious and slushy (but not cold enough to have snow) and nights start early. We can go for extensive walks with her, but it's very very obvious that this is not exhausting enough for her. Walkies are not good enough.

She would either like to run faster (which I can't keep up with), go next to the bicycle (which the weather makes hard during the day, and impossible at night) or race circles around me (roads. Not good).

I don't want to attach anything to her yet as a pull-weight. She's too young (says the vet and the trainer -

My first character has finally finished access to the coliseum. This is vaguely important, as those are the most accessible ascendancy trainers for me - having not played before Planes of Prophecy.

Allegedly, the quest gave me "Marr's Permission", which should allow all other characters on the account access to the Coliseum. However, just flying to the gate on the floating island in the southeast of the planes does not seem to work.

Do I need to find a different entrance, did I do something wrong or does this just mean I can skip the "fight everything in the coliseum" quest step and have to do everything else on all alts still?

I came back with the Planes of Prophecy expansion and got two ascension experience boosters. When I use both, I am promoted to level 10 in one branch, then level 5 in another. Gaining ascension experience seems ridiculously fast in the planes of magic, so I would have enough to train to 6. However, the old trainers in Obulus Frontier are inaccessible to me. They speak an unknown language and punt me out of their city. Is it quicker to grind their faction (i.e. do more old content that I planned on skipping) or should I keep going in the planes of magic until I unlock some ascension trainers there?

Hey all.

I need a keto recipe (cook-) book as a present. There are very many available - and I lack the patience to wade through the "promoted posts".

Does anyone have a book (as in: made from paper and cardboard) they could recommend?

Thank you :)

Morning all.

I'm new to Keto. Massively new. However, after talking to a friend a few weeks ago - who managed massive weight loss on keto - I wanted to give it a go.

Not primarily for the weight loss, even though I could stand to loose a few pounds, but for the cunning advantage it would give me cycling.

At least.. I think that's how it should work. I cycle brevets regularily and struggled with energy intake in the past. I had to keep shoveling handfuls of gummi bears into my face to keep going - and my taste for sweets declined rapidly over the first 500g or so. Now obviously if my body were to love fat as a power source, I would be lugging around a lot anyway and could skip the sweets

Introduction

  1. Will this be your first dog? If not, what experience do you have owning/training dogs?
  • First dog for the whole family. Personally I never had any pets, my wife has had many (fish, rodents, dog), and our kid obviously had no pets yet, either.
  1. Do you have a preference for rescuing a dog vs. going through a reputable breeder?
  • I'd like a dog from a breeder.
  1. Describe your ideal dog.
  • Biggish, looking wolflike. I am not a fan of little barky things and would prefer my dog to look attractive. Personally, I don't even mind the looks of the hairless breed (Xoloitzcuintli), but it
