Now that we have complete IntCode computers, I'm curious if anyone else has tried to implement a complete IntCode computer as tiny as possible.

Here's my attempt using AWK (283 bytes):

If you're like me, you like using safeties at CB3 and CB4, since they typically have better traits and run defense ratings. However, M19 has a new specialist position called SLCB or Slot Cornerback, which will slot in the SLCB1 and SLCB2 in any Nickel and Dime packages where a CB3 or CB4 would normally play. The advantage here is you can have a player be CB1 or CB2 while also being prioritized to cover Slot WRs. However, safeties are ineligible for these specialist positions and will not be on the field for Nickel or Dime situations even if they are at CB3 or CB4 in your lineup. (Note: This doesn't affect packages such as 46 Normal/Speed or or formations like Big Nickel Over G).
