Can anyone recommend a decent USB tuner that is supported by Linux? Like this one. My desktop does not have a free PCI slot for a card, so USB would be great.

If anyone has any advice on recording live TV on Linux from such a tuner (I am going to use Kodi for my main front-end) that would also be great. Thanks!

edit: lost a link in the x-post shuffle

Windows 10 Home // Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.14393] Lenovo Thinkpad T430i // i3// 4GB RAM // 120GB Sandisk SSD Dual boot with Ubuntu

This is liable to happen to any program at all- Chrome, Word, Notepad, CMD.exe, anything- when I am working for at least 30 minutes on a project with multiple windows. At random minimized windows will simply "disappear" with no evidence of their presence on the taskbar, alt-tab, task view, etc.

As you can see in this screenshot there is only one visible CMD window, but task manager shows four running under "Apps". A command I started in one of the missing Windows completed successfully later on according to its logfile. Also

I was pulled over for supposedly speeding at 40 mph in a 25. I was not cited for speeding, but was for not wearing a seatbelt and for having my license plate light out. The light was just replaced, and I took my belt off to get my wallet out. I told the officer I planned to see him in court, and he said he would "be sure to articulate that [he] did not cite [me] for speeding." I can't be cited for speeding at the appeal if he didn't issue a citation at the time, can I?
