I am a 26 year old female. 5’5” and 180 lbs. I am taking amoxicillin for an ear infection (and d-24 decongestant). I also take Wellbutrin and concerta daily. Which is maybe why I’m so anxious.
My worry is that, on multiple occasions now, my dosing schedule has been changed because I keep getting sidetracked and forgetting to take my medication at 12 hour intervals.
For example, it might look something like 9 am, 9 pm, 10 am, 11 pm, 11 am, 1 am, 3 pm, etc…
I’ve taken my pill 2-3 hours late on maybe 4 or so (maybe even 5??) occasions now. I am worried I screwed it up. I only have 2 doses left. I will still be setting an alarm moving forward.
My diagnoses are otitis media & unspecified
He is an introvert, and while he does well socially, he needs a lot of alone time (this works out great for me; he also is the first partner I’ve ever had who doesn’t take *my* need for alone time personally). He is always polite to any food service or customer service worker. I pointed this out (as a compliment) once, and he told me that he’s been in their shoes and feels for their situation. He’s always been very empathetic. To people, to animals. He’s incredibly thoughtful and his gifts are personalized and meaningful. He is a fundamentally helpful person, and he’s always going out of his way to help his loved ones.
He is deeply intelligent and insightful. Speaking with him is like a
Do you guys tend to tell someone you’re close with when you’re no longer interested in an activity they like, or do you just participate because it makes them happy? I can’t tell if I’m annoying my boyfriend (INFJ) with my frequent desire to play online chess together. Will I be able to tell when he’s chessed-out? Will he just tell me?
I have always struggled to connect with people romantically, despite desiring romantic connection. Emotionally, it feels kind of like always keeping a suitcase packed and ready to go at a moment’s notice.
In some ways, I’ve gotten better about this and have come a long distance. In the past, romantic relationships, sooner or later, would inevitably make me feel trapped, like I was being cornered, and I’d have this crazy urge to escape. No matter how much I loved someone, it was only a matter of time before it became “too much.” Being alone was a comfort. It felt safe. It still does.
Now, when I feel that “suffocating” feeling, I am significantly better at regulating and reassuring myself t

In some ways, I’ve gotten better about this and have come a long distance. In the past, romantic relationships, eventually, would make me feel trapped, like I was being cornered, and I’d have this crazy urge to escape. Being alone was a comfort. It felt safe. It still does.
Now, when I feel that “suffocating” feeling, I am significantly better at regulating and reassuring myself that I’m not trapped. However, I still cannot make myself unpack that suitcase. It just manifests differently
