Hopefully someone can offer advice, cause I feel like I've hit a wall when it comes to an action plan.

This is my 2nd year in Girl Scouts. I'm a troop leader and last year I signed up to help with the Service Unit, because they really needed the help.

Our Service Unit seems dysfunctional. I say it "seems" dysfunctional because I'm still kind of new to Girl Scouts, and I don't know what a functional Service Unit looks like. We begin planning activities, and the first night goes great - we even get about a dozen people to show up! Everyone brings great ideas, everything operates smoothly, and it's generally exciting! But then only 2-3 people show up to the
