Unfortunately I can't get further with the step SMS OTP Code. I don't have a US mobile phone number so I have tested it with several temporary online numbers. Unfortunately without success. Does anyone have any ideas?

i read this reddit about the connection issues with the Steelseries GameDAC Headset.

I got it too :(

It seems not fixed till today. I have installed the latest firmware and software ( GG Software ). I'm alone with this problem? With Windows 10 21H1 and every earlier version of Windows 10 before I had the reconnect bug .
It behaves as follows that I need to replug the USB cable in the DAC twice before Windows recognises the headset as a audio device.

Has anybody opened a support case at Steelseries Support and can share their ex

hello my friends,

I have a Problem with my S4. After a few minutes of cleaning I get error 10.
Filter is wet or too dirty. Change the filter or wait bla bla bla.

Ok. I changed the filter to a new one. Really new. Out of the box. Hurra Robo is running a few minutes and again error 10.

I cleaned robo outside wirh a towel and inside with a classic vacuum cleaner on open side where the filter fits on.

Ok, error comes later. The error prompts after 20 minutes. I tried then another filter. Same issue.

I read on reddit that the S5 Firmware has a broken firmware which can make problems with the result in error 10.

Today, I opened a support case at amazon and received at first resetting
