While this gun is not for me, this thing is a handy piece of kit. It fucks. It has high damage, to the point where I asked myself “is that it?” Every time I pulled the trigger. The ergonomics felt right. It fills a void in range discrepancy that few other weapons can do (Amendment my beloved).

However this thing chews through ammo like a dog eats its food. Fast, furious and looks at you with cute eyes begging for more even though it has diabetes. This is easily fixed with a supply pack. It would be a perfect weapon for a supply FRV driver. (If you visit POIs on the reg, disregard this section)

The reason this gun isn’t my jam is because it is highly technical. Two different settings for e

Sicko challenges

I wish it would suck more

How would this community feel about putting together loadouts with lesser used items as challenges? This is my typical game session these days as it keeps me engaged. Learning to use "sub optimal" strats has been very enjoyable. I have discovered that sometimes pairing 2 "F tier" strats is a powerful synergy. I very much view loadouts similar to card based games like Slay the spire, Balatro, and Monster Train, where synergies make or break the run. I have discovered some really fun mechanics playing this way that can be brutally effective.

Fun shit

The Eruptor fucked my wife

So one of my friend groups enjoys weed and alcohol, so 7 is our default. My default when I play with them is ass bag load outs. I intently pull out the worst most team killing tools to make their life difficult. I call it a compromise, because we could easily clear 10s even with my shit gear.

Last night we were playing bugs, and I had my YOLO gear on from the previous night from our eriadicate mission (Dbl freedom, shovel, throwing knives). I said to my friend, "fuck it, we ball. Im doubling down with ass." "On top of those already ass choices I added Mortar sentries, normal and gas, as well as HMG and GL emplacements. Terrible loadout that made 2 ppl quit as soon as they saw it, before th

I have become a Helldriver, code named Baby Diver. Since the Supply FRV came out I decided I wanted to learn to be a good driver so it hasn’t left my load out. At first I was lucky for it to survive 3 minutes, now I’m lucky if the supplies last until the next one is ready to go. This is mostly tips for the supply FRV, but they transfer well to the vanilla FRV.

-Slow is fast. It’s our intuition to just haul ass, that leads to crashes, which slow you down. Take your time navigating through debris, haul ass on the straight always, and slowly brake when coming to a curve. This gives you more control of the vehicle and it less likely to go wildly into the air. Treat it like a racing game where

🔰 Beginner Questions & Advice

Do a lot of players on these 2 squads overlap at the club levels? This has seemed like the friendliest game I have seen so far. Helping up each other up, quick hugs, patting each other’s backs, etc.

For when you and a buddy want to play as unit?

The one we just perfected and have had a blast with it the all vehicles. One of us is the DD and the other is the gunner/navigator. The latter makes the drivers job a lot easier by pinging the map so they can keep focus on the road and vehicle positioning. One person picks Tank, Supply FRV, a mech, and mg sentry. The other takes bullet storm, RR/Spear, a sentry, and mech.

Start with the mechs and cover each other. Once you run out of ammo, or lose one switch to a vehicle depending on needs of situation. Stop frequently and drop defensive Strats, and bullet storms, resupply and mark next area on the map. Communication is a must, and it can

With the rise of social media, and “influencers” propaganda has inexpensively spread to every entertainment industry.  If it has an audience, it has people that they can push their agenda on.  Engagement is a powerful tool for propaganda because it forces people to get emotionally invested.  The main goal is to muddy the waters of complex issues, and make it into a black or white situation, basically dumbing down the situations avoiding outside opinions.  Money and power are the reason to push an agenda, ignorant and apathetic populations are the easiest way to achieve money and power.  They want us dumb and/or apathetic, that’s the goal.

I just made a homemade 10 component ramen yesterday. I have some leftover components and made a dumpling soup tonight, and a char su with vok Choi sandwich for lunch. What are some of your favorite creations you have made with leftover components.

I saw a post yesterday saying the new one had higher body health, higher head health and the same armor all around. This information feels different from my experience.

Going the classic AT route they definitely do feel higher health and tougher. But they seem to take a lot more damage to other sources except the head. For example the flak cannon to the belly will body one in a few shots and it takes 6-8 to take it out with the face.

This new guy, just feels like it has a weak spot on his belly. Has anyone else experienced what I have? Am I imagining it? Just curious of others experiences so far.

Just tried it with an expendable/stealth load-out, solo bots. It is just as fun as I had imagined, but this is what I learned. I took both EAT and Bullet storm, that alone give me a smoke bullet from the sky every 30 seconds or so, I also brought MG sentry (more on that later) to set up ambushes, finally I brought C4 for demolition purposes.

Since I was stealth first, I didn’t really need the contents of the containers as much as the smoke, but they saved my ass multiple times. Clearing bot fabs with the EAT from the cover of smoke, feels cool. Having HellBombs come down in a smoke screen is AWESOME! Fleeing the scene with a smoke screen that contains 2 MGs feels straight out of a movie.

Expendable hype

Discussion

I’m most excited to get my hands on the MGX-42. Finally having fully well rounded expendable build options are going to be nuts.

Taking it, EAT, HEAT, and Leveler, and just always having another option on the ready is going to pretty powerful. They will be so numerous that the pods will become weapons themselves.

It will even boost the viability of the Hellpod boosters. Especially if two commit to the litter bug build.

I’m mostly excited to try a concealed insertion build on Bots. Two of us using sneaky armor and our exp as smoke screens and just unloading on them then disappearing into our fresh weapon choices. True guerrilla warfare hit and run and hide. Even Hellbombs come down with

Teamwork. I don’t care what your class is, but at least watch the videos of what other classes abilities are and let them cook. Don’t try to out assassinate a shinobi, they get bonuses for those. When a samurai has the red beams active, he is healing and killing those guys can kill him. Target around him. Don’t use a mercenary’s throwing weapons, they do 80% more damage, an AOE attack and cause status effects.

These things are breaking up a teammate’s combo, setting up assists for the enemy.

They are relentless. Every drop feels like a hot drop. The constant scrambling to survive, looking for ammo, grenades, stims and waiting for call downs is how the tension felt on game release.

The enemy composition makes for some really interesting build compositions that feel fun, and rewarding. Turrets aren’t as effective on their own, so you have to babysit them again or they get overwhelmed too quickly. A lot of support weapons normally collecting dust are getting used, Stalwart and MG are the highlights. HMG, spear gun and laser cannon are also wonderful/must have when leviathans are on the map.

Speaking of, it’s making me fight them and harvesters the hard way. I can’t afford to br

Teamwork

:yotei:Discussion - Yōtei: Legends

It’s important and a big part of the game. All classes have blaring weaknesses and severe strengths. The goal should always be to cover a teammates weaknesses with your strengths.

Too many matches I get into, people only care about their stats, this leaves them all fighting for kills, putting themselves and the team in danger.

General tips for each class.

Hunter- Prioritize heavies, ranged units and keep the flanks cleaned. You’re already most likely to be highest kill count so focus on keeping the rest of the team safe.

Samurai- Front line bruiser. I haven’t built one up yet, but this is what the successful ones I’ve seen do. You hold the front line. The rest of the squad should be
