I started taking saffron recently and from what I read it's supposed to help out a lot with anxiety and depression, and is supposed to give a general mood boost, I started 2 days ago and have felt slightly more anxious, I also take ir Adderall 15mg every morning, I take magnesium sometimes at night sometimes in morning (400mg oxide) ik it should be glycinate I will buy it soon, I'm also looking into L-theanine but does anyone have any tips on what to take to reduce anxiety? I just bought the saffron capsules from youtheory brand, I took it today alongside my 15mg ir Adderall dose and black seed oil, I don't necessarily feel anything different and I see everyone saying it helps with anxiety which I have, and it generally uplifts your mood, is it because I'm not taking pure or extract like threads? Or is it because I'm taking Adderall/ just took it for the first time today? Thanks
