###About Welcome to r/LiftingVideos!

This is a place to share all your training and competition videos.

All disciplines welcome!
Powerlifting, weightlifting, bodybuilding, strongman, crossfit and even bodyweight fitness.

Daily posting is encouraged.

No "How To's" or tutorials.
Read the name of this subreddit.
This is r/LiftingVideos, not r/HowToLiftingVideos

###Quality Requirements

We have no real standards for editing/production values, but at least try to cut the video so that there isn't a lot of nothing before any lifting happens (YouTube video editor is fine for this).
Videos have to be of you or at least contain you (a video of you training with your friends/team is ok).
Don't be a cunt and steal videos from other lifters and try pass them off as your own. We will work it out. You will be banned.

###Submission Guidelines

Posts MUST be a direct link to a video. No blogspam!
All titles must have the following formatting:
```
  [TAG] Title - YY/MM/DD
```
E.g. [Training] Squats 3x220kg@9(PR), Bench 5x120kg@8 - 14/04/25
NO ASKING FOR FORMCHECKS IN POST TITLES!!!
Include any additional details such as training logs as a comment (TheSquatRack is great for this).

DO NOT POST MULTIPLE CLIPS FROM A SINGLE TRAINING SESSION! LIMIT IS ONE POST PER TRAINING SESSION. L2EDIT!

If your post fails to meet any of these standards it WILL be deleted with maximum prejudice!
