Has anybody been able to make First Tech play nice with Personal Capital? I mailed FT tech support and they said they know it's a problem (FT blocks their connections), but they have no plan to fix. I guess they don't care.

I'm hoping there's a workaround.

Does anyone have an issue that when their information is updated in Mint, it basically locks them out from logging into their site directly?

I get the "unrecongised device" challenge, but then when I run through this process, i get the dreaded "There was a problem submitting your request" error.

Trying to resolve this with the team for over a year since they updated their backend security however no luck.

It's 2022, use of VPNs is increasing. We need VPNs for trave. Just block VPN for credit applications. No reason to block this traffic for exisiting clients with 2fa.

First Tech is able to convert your Checking account over to the new program, however, they cannot convert your savings account, and they make you apply for a new account from scratch. Maybe you want to hold off.

I keep on getting 'median' score errors when I try to deposit cheques via the app.

I had this issue before but then it magically started working a week later, now it just won't let me deposit a cheque which is a pain in the butt.

Anyone had this before (Android device) and found a resolution? (the auto photo taking is stupud as well, it continually take bad photos which probably sin't helping the whole process.

Seems to be offline for about an hour.

The payment is due today 3/12, but the credit card statement did not arrive in the mail until today. Is there a way to tell when it was mailed? There is no date on the "PRSRT" "NCP" postmark thing.
