Match spam phrases / tickers / domains in both text and images via OCR

Tickers must be over 1.5b market cap to be marked as not spam. They will be marked as spam again under 900mm. This is to prevent jitter. SPACs are not allowed, but de-SPAC'd companies are cool.

Make sure position screenshots are useful

Nobody wants to see a useless squiggle line chart. We want positions. The bot will attempt to screen out useless pictures posted as Gain/Loss/YOLO. That includes the robinhood front screen with no attached position information in the gallery, low-budget YOLOs, etc.

One of the most common temporary bans this bot hands out is for extremely short text posts. People will often either post an image link as a text post, a short message that *should have* been a comment, or a selftext post with an empty body.

If we block these kinds of posts with an automod rule that doesn't explain why people will be confused, angry, etc. If we explain why they'll just type "fuck the mods" 15 times to make their shitpost fit the required length and repost ten seconds later. If we hand out a tempory ban (which automod won't do, it doesn't ban) people will figure out what not to do and the number o
