Discussion of Case 7:

If you've read through all of the previous daily F2L discussion threads, then case 7 should be a piece of cake. It is a trivial extension of case 5. From the FR and BL, the general idea is to hide the corner (U R), reposition the edge (U2), unhide the corner to form case 1 (R'), and then insert the pair (U2 R U' R'). In case 5, you had to reposition the edge 90 clockwise using U. In this case, you reposition the edge 180 degrees clockwise using U2. Notice how this difference manifests itself in the algorithms:

From the FL or BR, you can do a rube rotation (y or y') to move the empty slot into the FR or BL positions. Alternatively, you can use fancier (and less intuitive) algorithms that are rotationless. These algorithms use wide moves, but they're finger-trick friendly and quite short.
