[CONFLICT] Reinforcing Russian presence in Europe
Despite their claims to be an upholder of equality and international law, America flouts these standards more than any other country in the world. They hold no monopoly on the use of military force which they have used recklessly in Iraq and Korea. As we were invited by Iran to eliminate their insurgents, which we have reason to believe are funded and backed by the Americans anyway, their attempts to punish us for this with their aggressive increase in deployments are laughable.
##Baltic
The American carrier group will be followed throughout their stay in the Baltic. They will generally be tailed by a single surface vessel, however when passing Kaliningrad and entering the Gulf of Finland a larger force will be deployed. The Russian Baltic Fleet will not be overly aggressive, they will remain within view of the carrier group most of the time but not attempt shouldering or weapon lock ons. The bombers will exercise our freedom of navigation by flying in the vicinity of the fleet, while the fighters will escort American aircraft should they approach our airspace around Kaliningrad or St Petersburg.

##Black Sea
We will patrol the Black Sea to ensure the American fleet does not enter our waters or harass commercial operations based from Crimea, which they still stubbornly refuse to recognise as Russian. The Abkhazian frigate Vladislav Ardzinba will join us in ensuring they do not enter Abkhazian waters or interfere with their fishing.

##Belarus
We will be deploying additional strategic assets to Belarus to ensure the protection of our allies in Europe even as we work to protect Iran and Tajikistan. 12 nuclear-capable Iskander-M ballistic missiles will be deployed to Slonim, Belarus. As part of the RFG integration program, a number of soldiers of the Belarus Ground Forces will be invited to work with the Russian Army in operating the missile support systems.
It has come to our attention that the Germans are attempting to harass our forces and cause trouble. They are welcome to do so, however we will of course be responding. Our vessels will follow normal procedure and maintain safe distance, should the Germans or Americans get too close they will be shouldered away. Any incursions into our territorial waters will be treated as a serious incident, and failure to immediately comply with requests to leave will result in warning shots. The second squadron will remain in the vicinity of Kaliningrad. The Tsirkon missile battery based in Kaliningrad will be used should a full naval fight break out, although this will be avoided if there are only rammings or gunfire to prevent escalation. We will be redeploying an Admiral Gorshkov frigate from the Northern Fleet to maintain these numbers.
