[REQUEST] Hairdryer?

While I realize there may not be such a thing as a BIFL hairdryer, does anyone have a hairdryer they love that's lasted a long time?

I've had a Rusk 1800 watt for about 12 years now. I'm actually shocked how long this thing has lasted. I bought it on a quick run to the store to replace a Chi that crapped out after a year. I'm not even certain why I decided upon this one-but it's lasted a heck of a long time. Accidental BIFL?

I've had a Babyliss hair dryer for a long time now and it's given me no issues. It was one of their $50 models, so not too expensive but not super cheap. My main complaint is that the paint color (it's red) has bubbled up and flaked off on the handle, but it still performs like a champ. I wouldn't recommend getting a red one though.

Babyliss. I know someone who had one for about 7 years before it burnt out, and it only died because her husband liked to use it for white noise. It wasn't expensive either; I think like under $100 in Canada.

I'll second the babyliss, and I use it for white noise as well. Like hours a day when I'm programming. The black one

Parlux is a really good brand, Ive only had min for 3 years but I know others who have had them for a long time and they still work perfectly!

Even though the price is extremely ridiculous; my Dyson hairdryer is a gift from the gods. Dries my hair so quick, very quiet, controls my frizzy ass hair, and has a LIFETIME WARRANTY. It cost me $350, but it's really worth it if you think about it in the long run.
