Currently the incentive to run endgame content is almost non-existent, simply spam the most efficient content to get exp and item drops per hour until you somehow find an upgrade randomly. Keep looting rings until one drops with the affixes you need, farm gold to afford the affix reroll, repeat. I think if they added a crafting system where you could supply mats from specific content to craft items with particular affixes, that would make farming a variety of content much more viable and enjoyable. For example, if I need +Life on a ring, I would need to run vampire based NM dungeons to farm a specific crafting material awarded for completing the dungeon, with a higher chance/quantity with hi
I purchased an OTC stock last summer (EMFGF for Fluence Corporation), believing in the company and its potential. I still have confidence in the company, and they also have a security FLC trading on the Australian market. Since a few weeks ago, it seems that EMFGF is no longer able to be traded or quoted on retail exchanges like TD Ameritrade and I can't even search for it on Interactive Brokers. Has anyone had an issue like this before where an OTC stock just dies suddenly, while the company is seemingly carrying on normally?

I am long carbon, specifically KRBN etf. I have call options on this etf but the liquidity is very very low. Any other suggestions for how to make money by going long on the price of carbon? I am 99% confident in at least 50% increase in the next 12 months and I want to play this "optimally".
My friend and I live in a city that was hit hard by COVID early on but now has one of the highest vaccination rates and strict rules about vaccines and masks. To enter an indoor space like a theater or restaurant requires proof of vaccination. However my friend still won’t go to a restaurant or a theater and barely leaves his apartment. I miss my friend and with some movies coming out that we have been hyped about for a long time, I’m starting to get annoyed that he won’t budge on his “never go to public spaces” stance. I feel like an asshole if I try to convince him otherwise with statistics or whatever, but I don’t think things will be back to “normal” any time soon, if ever. Does anyone h

bloomberg.com/news/features/2020-04-22/kim-st...A stock isn't cheap if the fundamentals aren't there. With $2mil in annual revenue, MMAT is still trading at 400x revenue. Even at these "cheap" prices under $3, the stock still has a 8000:1 price to sales ratio. The largest price/sales ratio Tesla ever had is 30. If you think it is rational behavior to buy this stock because it is cheap, I have a bridge to sell you. I am a bagholder with a $4.08 average and I am never going to buy a stock without fundamentals ever again. Thank you for the lesson.
I have been seeking work as a FE Engineer and I recently encountered what must be the most ridiculous application process ever. https://www.raisely.com/jobs/frontend-engineer after a lot of typical start up fluff, at the bottom they tell you how to apply: build an entire login process that hits their signup API and handles errors, validation, has smooth UX, etc. They even say it should probably take 2 hours. This is BEFORE they talk to you on the phone or even accept your resume! Am I right in thinking this is extremely ridiculous? I am looking for mid to senior level FE roles and am applying to hundreds of jobs, who has time to build an app at the pre-phone screen stage??
My guild has had MC on farm since week 5, clearing it every week in 2 hours. As we look toward future raid content, clearing MC in 90 minutes or one hours would be ideal. I know there are a few things we can do to reduce our clear time (skip trash at the beginning, for instance) but I am looking for a more comprehensive guide or just your best tips for how to accomplish this. We are all well geared, we just dont have the right strategy to do the quick clears. Thanks for your help!
