Is this problem known to the devs and are they working on it or? I just get kicked out of nearly every single game, Switch keeps talking about a software error and just shuts smite off, returning me to switch menu.

Hi, 23M here. No medical record up until now, minor allergies to dust, cats/dogs and pollen. This is my first post/question asked on this subreddit but as the title suggests I have quite a bit of questions surrounding the general recovery process of a nose operation (rhinoplasty, no septoplasty; nose wasn’t crooked just very large).

So about 3 days ago I had my rhinoplasty surgery done in Turkey and have been recovering pretty well so far. They removed large parts of my nasal tissue (kind of adenoids) that blocked my airway, raised the nose tip for optimal breathing since it was so far down and removed the heavy bone/hump at the top. Lucky for me, the swelling and bruising isn’t going too
