I heard him mention a substantial review he listened to and was curious to watch it, but nobody in chat said what channel it was from.

First KH3 Paid DLC Rolls Out: Preorder Keyblades, $3 USD Each
twitter.com/KINGDOMHEARTS/status/112620034317...I am curious since I've seen a lot of people saying that FO76 still isn't bad enough not to buy ES6, or that X or Y game made them give up on an IP they used to love a lot.
So I'm wondering, what is "the line" for an IP or company to lose your business? How dire would things have to be?
For me I guess it would have to be a big shift, and the realization that they are moving away completely from the core traits I liked about them, like FFXV or RE6 for example. But I'm wondering how it is for you guys.
e: A lot of interesting responses here, I appreciate people sharing :)
So I recently played 0.2, and I think like many people, the contrivances of its final half hour were so over the top that it led me to re-evaluate my opinions on the full story of the series, and ponder where it got a little "off the rails", even by its own standard.
Let me preface by saying, I think Aqua is a legitimately interesting character, and 0.2 isn't bad at all. But it highlights something that has always nagged at me throughout the series, so I thought maybe I could see if others agree. My issue is with how KH handles retroactive storytelling. Telling a story in reverse basically, on the fly, that also jumps wildly around and frequently subverts its own logic by conjuring new logi

gamebanana.com/threads/208416In the last little while I've seen a lot of people online, trying to claim now that Nintendo plans to replace the 3DS & Wii U both with the Switch, and bringing up that moldy, ancient "but they said DS wasn't replacing GBA either!" argument from a decade ago.
Do people really consider the Switch to be a "merging" of their handheld and console releases? Personally, I just can't see them getting rid of 3DS until late 2018 at best-- if they even have a new handheld to announce by then.
What do you guys think?
Do people remember when many of the problems considered a "priority" to social justice zealots today, were rightly acknowledged not so long ago as "first world problems"?
FWP as a term, was a tacit admission among good-humored folks, that the little inconveniences of life for a person (not of color or of gender, but just anyone lucky enough to live in a safe/civilized country) were just that: little things that people couldn't really complain about seriously, because life could be much worse merely by living in a less safe or civilized country.
Things like not having a close parking space, getting mean comments on your blog, and McDonalds only having the McRib for a limited time-- these
So about a week back, I was craving something immersive to sink my teeth into, and I decided to look into the classic PC-98 game, YU-NO.
As it turned out, this game got a very impressive fan-patch a little while back, combining features and improvements from several versions of the game on PC-98 and Sega Saturn, along with bonus-disc content and full voice acting. I also found a lossless music.arc patch which breathed new life into the OST, done by the legendary Ryu Umemoto!
Initially, the game presents itself very typically, but instantly subverts your expectations once the prologue ends, throwing you into a 3-way route choice almost immediately, with timelines
Put all the outfits/stages/characters into whatever tiers. I'm curious to know what stuff people liked the most and what they thought sucked balls.
EDIT: well i guess anything is possible, if the IP owner themselves say they support it.
I'm just saying, if you really want to make your vote count, you should do some quick research beforehand. If said character has never had a Nintendo-exclusive title, then they obviously wouldn't qualify. Snake was the result of Kojima wanting him in the game, so there was communication between them right off the bat.
You should try to focus on characters with a history on Nintendo consoles-- don't vote for League of Legends or characters from Sony-centric franchises or any junk like that. Those are wasted votes. Let's make it a little easier for Nintendo to sort through all these responses-- keep it
Suzy said they were going to auction them or something, and nothing ever happened of that, so now I want to know:
Do they really think this is fair? People sent those games for Jon and Arin to play. All the art, the gifts, the games, some of which were probably expensive and rare-- why? Why did they invite a million people to send them as many games as possible, only to do this? Send those games back! Give people back the love and effort they put into all the stuff they sent you!
So Anime North is coming up in Toronto at the end of May, and I thought maybe we could organize a Lovelies/Grumpling meet so we can all share the Gim Gamps love and maybe make some friends!!
If people are interested, we could meet in the Doubletree Hotel at a specific time and talk about gaming, discuss the show, take pics, etc!
