This is a website that I've been working on for the last few months, and I would greatly appreciate any feedback on design or functionality. It's a place where a user can write messages for points that are redeemable for random messages from other users. It's free to sign up for the website, and you can read more about it at: https://www.textbottler.com/about

I'm used to doing warm up sets for my StrongLifts workouts, but I have yet to read about doing any warm up sets for something like a rep max on body weight chin-ups or pushups.

Should you do any warming up, or should you just go all at it on the first set? Does this also apply to the 100 pushups program for when someone is ready to go for 100 pushups in a row? Or do warm up sets not make a difference or even make a hindrance to that working set? Any studies that exemplify this?

I was wondering if there are any strategies or ways of progression to be able to take larger and larger hits.

The reason that I ask this is because I have friends who have lungs of steel and won't cough at all during a bowl. I feel like I'm at a disadvantage when I smoke with them because I have to take significantly smaller hits than them in order to not cough. If I could take bigger hits, then I would get to smoke a more fair portion of each bowl. I get to smoke almost everyday, but that alone doesn't seem to be enough for me to getter better.

Also, could the same strategy be applied for other smoking apparatuses (ie bongs (what about large ones?), joints, etc)?

I recently picked up a quarter of some amazing-looking bud and I paid $120 for it. When I came back and weighed it out, it came out to be only 6.4 grams (I weighed it out a few times to make sure). I know that the scale is fine because it reads that a coin nickel is exactly 5 grams.

What should I say to him? I have other guys to go to, but he is the most convenient for me, and I don't want to lose this contact.

Thanks.

Last summer, I found a nest in my car engine with a live baby squirrel! We tried to reunite it by leaving it in an open box underneath my car, but after a whole day of waiting, we took it to an animal shelter as suggested by a state wildlife expert.

Now recently, I found another nest after seeing my transmission warning lights turn on. It turns out that the cute little bastards caused over $1000 in damages by chewing through a bunch of wires and parts in the transmission.

What can I do to keep them out in the most humane way possible? I have no access to a garage, so I have to keep my car parked outside. Thanks!

My friends and I are looking for a new smoking game to play. Any suggestions?

One game that we do know of is called baseball: Where you take a hit and you have to hold it in until the bowl/joint/whatever makes it back to you in rotation. If you cough or lose the hit, you get skipped until next rotation. This gets pretty hard with more and more people.

Because of this post, I decided to look into it by e-mailing the manufacturer. He said that it should be out by August. His reply. Just an FYI if you plan on getting an AC adapter too.

I don't mind the batteries too much, but I use my MFLB mostly indoors with nearby wall outlets. Though, I wonder how long the cable will be.
