Hi, I'm trying to get an ADHD diagnosis due to problems at work. Family have long suspected it but I've always been in denial, now it's all come to a head and reading up it looks like they are right. I need a diagnosis in hurry... I am 100% certain it will be positive now I've read a bit more and wish I'd done something sooner.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a right to choose provider? Every one with reasonable waiting times has questionable reviews and I can't decide.

Or should I just pay and go private to get a diagnosis, then wait for the RTC system to roll through?

Hi, I'm trying to dig a bit into my data to see what 'type' of runner I am, as defined by ASICS. Before I download all my Strava data and crack open Excel, does anyone have any recommendations of tools that will help?

Specifically I would like to track my cadence and stride length versus speed across all my running.

As a secondary question, ASICS Metaspeed Sky+ and Edge+ are recommended based on how your cadence/stride changes as you change pace. But also, they are shoes optimised for running at a high pace, so surely the change isn't important, but rather the absolute values when you're at that pace?
