I've finally released Zenobia as an alternate leader for my Palmyra mod!
steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?i...And I say viably because if the stars align perfectly on your deck full of the lesser used cards, then you may win. But the fact with this game is you aren't winning games through being creative and using combos and strategies. You win through brute force picking the best cards of the meta. Up in Arena 10 you have to use one of like two or you'll lose. And right now its WF barracks or a deck full of swarm and building counters.
Like seriously, i'm seeing people getting pissed off at being corrected. Or pissed off because they "didn't know" because they didn't read the one small news article. and sure, i get that. Maybe this is the first time you heard they're non-binary. But you've just been corrected. Don't get pissed because someone told you the thing you didn't know, you can just go "sorry and thank you, i'll use the correct pronouns from now on" or something. It ain't hard, and it'd be nice if Apex Legends, a game where the devs and VA have been good enough to include rep for NB people, can have an equally progressive fandom.
Edit: I guess i'll make it clear - i understand that ingame people will say whatever.
Feel free to share your own!

Originally employed by the Swedish National Forensic Center, Spara led the development for advanced forensic technology capable of scanning crime scenes and recreating Artifical Reality imagery from live data at the scene. She was picked up by the SOG who supported her invention further. She begun to apply her work to training situations and finally a more portable version was able to be taken into an unsimulated operation. This caught Six's eye and a transfer request was made, offering Spara support from Rainbow's head of R&D. Finally a helmet mounted version was created, although it had a much
Playing with a friend the other day we realised that both of us, playing authoritarian empires, had no use actually being in the galactic community. Even if we built up our power and could win most of the resolutions we didn't want anything to do with most of the 'bonuses' we'd receive. There should be ways for the different ethics to struggle and gain power, and actually get bonuses from the community. At the moment its pretty much just a lovely haven for pacifists and egalitarians and all those other space hippies. If you load a game where you mostly have evil empires pop up, the galactic community seems nonsensical. You end up with some sort of authoritarian xenophobic empire voting in f
Rainbow was meant to be the best of the best, a coalition of the finest counter terrorist fighters in the world. If you look at all the launch operators, and most of the operators up until last year, they were fairly realistic and grounded in their uniforms and talents and motivations. Most of them are just best of the best of their CTU.
So why does Rainbow hire a private military company? Why does Oryx, some dude who was missing for 15 years, get let in? Amaru is an archaeologist vigilante, she could be useful but not on the "frontlines" so to the speak. Its like the criteria for entering became more lax. Plus there's Harry opening up a massive stadium and letting the public watch matches
A lot of the latest expansions have given us more to do with diplomacy and trade and war, but i'd really like to see them focus on more things to build and do within our empires. I find myself setting most of my sectors to automated as the game reaches the later stages because i've already done most of the things i need to do. Archaeology was a fun addition and helps fill time while waiting for things to advance but I'd love to see moon bases and asteroid mining, perhaps more in-depth space stations and planetary defenses. Perhaps Gas Giant colonies, building floating platforms and such.
Take inspiration from other Sci-Fi like Halo and let us build orbital defenses beyond just our single s
I think this would be far more balanced and interesting then the current version. Instead of the possibility for multiple ultimates for the value of one, which is ridiculous honestly, she would have a one-time use of the last enemy ult used. I think this would be more engaging and interesting then the current design and lead to actual planning.
From the perspective of the Echo they can keep their ult charged at 100% and the icon will switch to show them the last ultimate the enemy used, and they need to decide while their ultimate is ready exactly when they're going to pull it out. The enemy team has to remember what the last ult they pulled off was, and maybe organise their ults to be pop
