Late as always, and not yet complete. I still have to look through the smaller festival listings. I'm not listing fireworks, they are well covered by WalkerPlus (Japanese) and Yumemakura (English).

Also, for those interested, tonight (8/2) is 50% off drinks at the Hub and 82 Ale and this Thursday (8/4) is 50% of drinks at any LION chain bar. That includes Ginza Lion, Yebisu Bar, Dubliners, etc.

I was enjoying Golden Week too much to get this out on time. It's getting warm so here come the beer festivals. In case you are wondering why it's not listed, the Kanda Matsuri (one of the Tokyo big 3) is only held on odd years. Also, the Shibuya Kagoshima Ohara Festival seems to have been postponed until June.

The weather is getting warmer and it's time to get outside. I didn't add any month long plum or cherry blossom festivals as they are easy enough to find (Rurubu Hanami for March). However, those with specific market/stall dates, such as in Naka-Meguro and at Yasukuni are welcome.
