My son (6) is getting into Pokemon and wants to play the card game. Is there anywhere that has some basic decks already put together or would be able to provide a touch of guidance for a cheap way to set this up.

I'm not interested in the collectibility of any of it, the cards will get bent etc, he just wants to play.

Located in South OP but willing to go anywhere in the city.

I was just looking for the dates for next year when I saw it's actually scheduled for the Sep 7-10. I haven't been since 2019 and even then there were some big names that didn't come out.

Does anyone know if the expected manufacturer turnout is supposed to be worthwhile? I imagine the continued car shortage has to be having an effect but I don't really keep up with car shows from other cities to gauge how they're handling it.

Planning on going on Thursday so wait and see isn't really an option. Details on the internet seem to be pretty sparse which isn't confidence inspiring.

We've been to the zoo a few times this summer and the giraffes haven't been out at all. Has anyone been recently and can tell me if they're out?

My son (4) has really got into 'how they're made' type videos over the past couple of days. Are there any age appropriate tours in the area I could look into? I think Shatto has one but that's all I've got off the top of my head.

Realistically we're not going to be going right away anyway and he'll no doubt be over it by the time we can go but just as something to have in my backpocket for the future.

So our offer has been accepted, we're moving to KS from MO in about a month.

I have a car I seldom use and the registration expires at the end of the month. I'm looking at letting it lapse to save myself that fee if it won't be a hassle later. So I'd be unregistered and parked in the garage for about 3 weeks.

Do I need to have current out-of-state registration to register in KS?

There are several blank ear templates out there so I guess looking for something to translate 2d greyscale images to 3d that can be integrated into those templates or otherwise easily be created from scratch.

I've done a few fusion360 beginner tutorials on YouTube but other than that I'm a complete novice.

What is everyone's opinion on the new spectator UI?

Personally it feels like a stepback but that may just be me resisting change. Way too distracting for my liking.

With all of the new colors I was disappointed that the pop-up showing operators left alive wasn't colored as well. Considering it changes based on who is currently being spectated I figured coloring them orange and blue would be a good move.
