What would be some brands / products that might be available in western european supermarkets?

So, usually, a chest pack does not contain a GE if that slot already is GE.
Today, i got a chest pack offer that includes a golden epic for Artemis, but that item is already golden for me (see screenshot).

What happens if i buy that chest pack?
If i remember correctly, for duplicate shinys you get an iLVL increase.
Is it the same for duplicate golden epics? No GE potion, i assume. :(

So, the recent change to disallow buying chests for retired event champs after a timegate pretty much ruined my plans to FE specific retired champions (Avren, Orkira, Quillek, Torogar for me).

900 large bounty contracts in my inventory are laughing at me. Thanks CNE.

Am i correct in the following assumptions:
The only ways to get new gear for retired event champions are now:

• Patron chests
• Timegates for these champions (3 chests per Timegate)
• Wild offers / shop items for real money

I'm currently at Lvl 14 speed core, so just a question for my Lvl 15 layout plan for the speed core:
Is it correct, that for the speed relevant buffs (game speed, spawn speed, drop chance), only game speed is flow level dependant when looking at flow levels of 4 or more (aka purple flow)?

If i see it correctly:
Game speed: This is the only speed node where overcharging is useful, maximum is 10x speed.
Spawn speed: As long as you are purple flow (>4), spawn speed bonus is 50%, and thats the maximum, so there is no need to overcharge this node further.
Drop chance: As long as you are purple flow (>4), chance for double drops is 50%, and thats the maximum, so there is no need to ov
