I am a clinical laboratory scientist.

I used to live in suburbs of Flint, Michigan in a very nice middle class area (not what you imagine when you think of Flint).

I owned a 1 bedroom condo that I paid $85,000 for and my 15 year mortgage payment was only like $430 a month or something ridiculous. So I basically had one of the cheapest living situations in all of the USA.

The problem was I was only making around $29+$2 an hour so even though I was debt free, and had dirty cheap housing I still felt like a struggling middle class schlub. I was contributing 15% to my 403b but that was a little bit of a struggle as my take home paychecks were around $1400 bi weekly so after paying everything

Individuals earning up to $75,000 a year, heads of household up to $112,500 a year, and joint filers up to $150,000 a year are eligible to receive the full amount of the credit.

Hey guys, the government is going to be sending everyone like $300 extra a month per kid and many of the democrats want to make this change permanent.

This means if you are a single parent who makes $80,000 a year its imperative you increase your 401K contributions by $5,000 this year so government thinks you are "more poor" then you really are and you get this free money.

If you are a married couple and you make $160,000 a year combined, it is imperative you are contributing $10,000 to your 401K so that

Imagine if the Lions finish 3rd worse in the league next year but Goff plays better than expected and the losses are all very competitive.

2022 Draft

  • RD 1 #3 (Edge) "Chase Young "
  • RD1 #26 (WR1) "Rashod Bateman"
  • RD2 #35 (Safety) "Trevon Moehrig"
  • RD3 #68 (Guard) "Damien Lewis"
  • RD3 #101 (LB) "Baron Browning"
  • RD5 #153 (Kicker) "Evan McPherson"

All the players in bold listed above were drafted at roughly the same spots the Lions will be picking next year in this scenario.

I really feel with just this one 2022 draft listed above all of the major holes in the Lions roster will be filled and this will be a team that will be ready to compete for the playof

The Dolphins trading back with SF was genius and got them a haul of picks that honestly made me jealous.

Then they were such morons they gave up 2 precious 1st round picks to gain a 5th overall pick. (1 luxurious future 1st round pick lost in total)

The reasoning was they wanted to get the elite prospects of Chase or Pitts and wanted to get right in front of the Lions to ensure their prize.

Hilariously both those players were scooped up right before they picked and they were forced to settle for waddle.

Furthermore, Philadelphia picking in the Dolphins original spot got Smith who the Dolphins probably would have been just as happy with also. Basically proving they wasted 2 firsts to get

I am a Lions fan and would love to see Lions walk away with either Sewell, Pitts, or Chase.

Unfortunately the only way I could see the draft playing out this way is if Atlanta decides to take a QB instead of selecting one of those guys.

It seems like the current contract they have with Matt Ryan makes taking a QB this year highly unlikely.

You guys think there is any chance they take one?

I found this link that has players ranked regardless of position.

Lions have following pick: 7, 41, 72, 101, 112, 153

I was imagining what would happen if Sewell did fall to Lions at #7 and they took them how rest of draft could possibly look if they selected best available player (with some regard to need) and came up with this

  • #7 Penei Sewell (Right tackle position locked up
  • #41 Aaron Robinson (CB) or Kelvin Joseph (CB) helping fix the glaring hole at CB
  • #72 Trey Smith (G) Lets complete our now elite offensive line and select this Larry Warford type Guard (Sewell a
