I don't fucking know. At this point I hope they keep saying more and more outrageous things just because it's well past the point of me caring and firmly rooted into comedy now. I mean how can it still arouse anger at this point? These people are so full of shit that if anyone believes them they weren't were convincing in the first place.

They just can't NOT get that Gamergate reference in there. Like you couldn't even have a lesser-fitting article than this. This had nothing to do with GG. There's no conceivable reason. It's so out of place it's funny.

It's like blah blah blah Amazon fucked me over blah blahblah I lost my information blah blah they betrayed m

Every single post with a link should be archived. Then, the thread creator should decide for his or herself of they want to link to the website and if they want that link to appear first or second in the post.

Anyone who does not want to give clicks won't have to. Anyone who does will.

So if someone makes a thread who doesn't support a website, they can offer only the archive link.

If someone DOES support a website, they can offer both, and if those reading the thread dislike the website, they don't have to click the link but the archive instead.

Trying to debate on which links need to be filtered is authoritarian and seeks to impose "group think".

Not everyone will support the same sit

Can't directly attribute this to SJWs (yet) but the culture they've instilled is clearly something that's at least partially to blame. Everything these days has to get trimmed down, cut, or censored thank to these cry-bullies.

I'm sure eventually we'll get a more in-depth reasoning for this bar scene to have been cut. Probably has something to do with trans. What am I basing that on? Absolutely nothing at all, but why else is anything cut these days?

EDIT The director said this scene was too vulgar to even make it to DVD / Blu-ray so we might never know what jokes were so offensive it had to be cut. Rape/trans is the only two things I could guess.

Archive is not working, so I'm giving a direct link: http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/663.933243-The-Escapist-Has-Hired-PressFartToContinue-The-Same-Guy-Who-Harassed-Stalked-Dodger#23486049

I don't know who this guy is but someone gave me a tip off and it turned out to be true. I don't know much beyond that other than I dislike dwelling on the implications here assuming this is what it looks like...it doesn't make for very comforting thoughts.

That's all I'll say. The rest is up to you as an individual thinker to make up your own mind.

I sent one tweet to her the other day. The only thing this tweet said was: "LOL men are the bestest!"

Was just a joke! Next thing I know, I'm getting flooded with people claiming they're reporting me for internet violence and cyber harassment. It seemed this woman, Lyndsay Kirkham, had asked all her followers to report me for not being a good person lol.

So I reported her back. I told Twitter she was making me feel unsafe and that she was doing "problematic internet violence" to me.

This was the result of that report:

She ranted for about 15 tweets, naming Milo, Clementine Ford, etc.

lol. I particularly loved this one:

Not a day out of the past 365 has gone by without me seeing her pop up in my feed at least 5 times, but usually it's more like 100.

Makes me think that Gamergate is her biggest fan because: people talk about her more than non-GGers do, people keep up to date on all her current dealings and affairs, and people just can't wait to hear the latest and freshest Brianna Wu story no matter how dull.

lol I love when people are all like "BUT SHE'S STARTING WITH US!"

haha fucking retards. haha. "SHE'S MAKING FUN OF GAMERGATE."

I'm shocked at how few in GG are getting behind this. Now's a great time to support these kids in lashing out

Some game called "Stolen" was pulled down because that Zoe-Quinn-loving Representative (I think she was the one who loves ZQ) wrote an official government letter requesting that an APP be taken down, and they [the devs] buckled under the pressure.

Some of you might recognize my username. Some of you might not. Either way, the one thing I feel as though people have always misunderstood about me (and that's why I'm asking this question) is that they believe I am an anti-feminist for political reasons: that I disagree so strongly with feminist ideas that it has led me to hate them.

This could not be further from the truth. In actuality, I don't care what they believe. All throughout the world, there are thousands of ideas, cultures, practices, religions, etc. that I don't like or agree with, and I never go after them.

The reason why I have an issue with feminists (especially those in the gaming spheres) is because they destroy lives.

I'm keeping this spoiler free in case you haven't seen Star Wars.

But anyway, just try to picture how funny it would be if this ACTUALLY happened. I mean, we live in a strange world. Literally anything can happen. Stranger things probably have.

But that black dude, Finn, the Storm Trooper.

Imagine for a second (again, pretend this is ACTUALLY happening) that Finn is a force user and he turns to the dark side. And when it gets time to name him by his Sith name, the people making the movie decide to call him "Darth Tyrone."

How funny would the SJW reaction to that be? Like, if it really happened and it's not just something hypothetical.

I could just see the assmad tweets: "You could choos

Zoe Quinn is an independent game designer, writer, and advocate. Her most famous game, Depression Quest, has been played by nearly two million people. Other games she’s worked on include Framed and Jazzpunk. After facing severe harassment online, she started the crisis hotline Crash Override, which helps others facing abuse. She has testified before Congress, the United Nations, and has consulted with most major tech companies including Twitter and Google about how to make the Internet safe. When not fleeing a mob of anonymous harassers intent on destroying her life, she enjoys firespinning, riding her Harley, and building robots.

Give me a fucking break. "Fleeing a mob of anonymous h

Only tangentially related to gamergate, but I notice something very important in the mindset of how these people think.

If you listen to his interview, one of the chief complaints Mr. Ramsey makes is that, after working oh so hard for oh so long to get a DVD of his own (comedy special), Dapper Laughs gets one in a fraction of the time, and you can actually feel the jealousy this arouses in Mr. Ramsey.

I see a parallel here between the way that Brianna Wu takes her bitterness for lackluster game sales out on the gaming community; and like Mr. Ramsey, she too hides behind a shield of sexism and misogyny in order to alleviate her own insecurities.

The Mary Sue doesn't even know what kind of game DOAX3 is. Very funny article to read when you realize that the person who's bragging about how much they like fighting games and knows all about them doesn't even know that DOAX3 has characters FROM a fighting game in it, but is NOT a fighting game! It's Volleyball!

I realize this post is not about ethics in journalism but ethics in gaming. If that’s unacceptable, I ask mods to please delete the thread as opposed to banning me for making it. I feel this is important enough to warrant a thread on here despite also not involving SJWs.

Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is the newest iteration in the Assassin’s Creed series. It is an offline-only experience and, much like in Unity, not enough of a deal is being made of “Helix credits.”

What are Helix credits, you might ask? Helix credits are tokens you can buy with real-life money that enable players to “buy” in-game items. The problem? The consumer already owns these items, and what you’re really paying for is
