Just wanna play Sims on a big screen

:snoo_thoughtful: Laptop Buying Advice

Budget: $2000 Country: USA

Use Case: Mostly normal, but I want to be able to run the Sims 4 with all expansions on good quality

Preferred specs: whatever's the best I can get for my budget, 1TB storage, 17" screen

Notes: I have bad eyes, so I need at least a 17" screen or larger. As big as it gets. If they made a 50" laptop I would buy it. Unfortunately it does have to be a laptop and not a tower. And hopefully something that will last, I've had my current laptop for over 8 years. Thank you for any help in advance!

What media or stories that don't have "Gundam" in the title could be considered to any of the Gundam timelines/universes? What official crossovers do you count as "canon?" Or are there any canons where Gundam is referenced in such a way that they could be considered to be canon to that property? It's such a massive franchise, but other than Super Robot Wars, I'm not really able to think of that many. Let me know what you think, even if it's outlandish or a stretch!

There was a post I believe it may have been on publicfreakout a few years ago. It was a guy yelling at his friend, maybe roommate, about how the friend listened to Death Grips too much. He also mentioned Anthony Fantano somewhere in his ranting. The video was fairly shorth, though. If anyone has a link to the post or video I would really appreciate it!

I currently have no apple devices and am trying to buy an ipad. I was approved for apple card, but I can't figure out how to accept the offer. When i go to check out, it says my limit isn't high enough, but I can't find out what my limit is. I have no way to get the Wallet app, because again, i have no apple devices. When I go to the card website and login, it says there is no apple card on file, even though i have the email right in front of me saying i was approved. I assume I have to accept the offer, but the only support says I have to do that through the wallet app, which I cannot do, because i have no apple devices.

Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance!

Lenovo laptop running Windows 10.

I brought laptop to work for the first time and it won't connect to the WiFi. It is absolutely not the router or the modem--my phone, kindle, and work computer are all connected. I also tried connecting to the WiFi of the restaurant next door (which wet have the password off) and I get the same problem. Tries to connect, the connections panel shrinks, then pops up saying "can't connect to this network."

I have restarted the computer several times, restarted Windows explorer, and done a network reset. My network adapter says it is working properly and the drivers are fully updated. I have googled and tried every suggestion, but nothing is working. What coul

This is a book I read when I was young back in the 90's, although it was probably written in the 80's. The story was about a teenage girl but in the background of the story was her brother who was like a loner weirdo who played Dungeons and Dragons. Towards the end of the book he either wants to kill her and the rest of the family, or he tries to save them from the actual bad guy of the novel?? and says he's doing it in order to become a level 20 wizard.

I don't think the book was fantasy, it was definitely like a thriller type story. Thanks for any help!
