Looking for feedback since the September update. Would you recommend the switchover? I'll save $30 a month switching but want to make sure it's worth it. I have an iPhone 11.

A 5 minute battle/slaughter and the Umber boy being trapped in that room would have put this episode up there as one of the best opening episodes. All the summary and reunions make sense but give us some fighting.
I've been working on a chest freezer to turn into a tap system. I sanded the original coat and then used a Rust-Oleum black paint, sanded, and did 3 coats of a Rust-Oleum matte black enamel spray paint, today I did a clear enamel spray paint coat twice. I like the look but it seems to be very easily scratched and marked even by finger nail. Any advice to how to fix this or is this something I'll have to deal with?
I'm looking for some advice on what to do with my NWM complife plan. I'm 26 and my 3rd premium is coming due. I am paying 13k annually for a 1.1 million plan. Right now I have paid 2 annual premiums and my 3rd one is coming due. I was set up by a friend and his boss sold me on the deal. I was 24 at the time and had just come into some money. He assured me this was a good idea. I want to start my own brewery in the next 3-5 years and he said that this plan would be a good way to leverage the bank into giving me the loan I'll need. Now that I know more about it and about finance in general I feel like I made a mistake and this plan has no benefit to me. Like I said I've invested 26k into it so
I'm looking to purchase my first investment property and looking for some guidance. Today I spoke with 2 agents. I haven't yet been pro-approved for a loan and they both suggested someone they are familiar with. Is this a good route to go? Do I need to meet with both of them or have them both check for approval or should I pick one? Or are there better options?
I have about 300k total assets (100k in cash right now) and a job that pays roughly 2k a month right now. I feel comfortable taking on a 300k-350k mortgage since real estate is competitive where I am. Looking for some guidance on these questions and any other helpful tips for a first time investment buyer.
