Can I make restraining orders which continue to give effect when I'm dead?

Do I have any legal rights after death? I understand I won't be around to be annoyed by it, but the thought of certain people being at my funeral really distresses me. There are masked abusers in my life who I don't want to be able to be there.

As a nuclear option, can my will just say 'no funeral, body to be burned without ceremony'? Even a roundabout solution like this would help me.

I would really appreciate any input here, thank you.

We are being defined by what we are not and instead should actively shape a new identity which clearly outlines our values.

This leaves less room for abuse of the term, so that those wishing to operate within our sector are definitively in line with us and not just hiding under our banner.

In Europe there has been a recent shift away from the term NGO, towards CSO (civil society organisations), for example.

Hey!

I'm a (UK equivalent) 3L and I'm due to take the New York bar in 12 months time. Is anyone else in a similar boat? I love listening to OA because it feels like I'm doing something relevant to my legal education, while also relaxing. It's also great at connecting what I'm learning to the real world and building up my understanding of the US legal sphere.

Also, we should get a discord going for this sub, as I'm sure that the more informal setting will drive up some activity.
