My sister lives in Germany and just told me she started saving money for the kids’ college using this aktionbond instrument. What is it and how does it work?

She says they’re giving her 10% per year. That doesn’t sound right to me. I can’t find anything on google relating to this in English. Can anyone help?

So Athens’s fleet was supposed to secure the city’s supply of grain that was coming from the Black Sea. Exactly where in the Black Sea was this grain coming from? How did Athens pay for it? How did the exporters of the grain produce a large enough surplus to feed a city as large as Athens? What exactly did the enemies of Athens seek to do to cut off that supply?

I was remembering way back in the day when I used to fly on DC-10s, there was this big protrusion from the ceiling of the middle seats with a big projector inside. Suppose there's a man that is ethically against slavery. But he wants to free a slave by buying his freedom. Isn't that a sort of tacit compliance with the slaver's position that owning people is morally defensible? Is there a name in the field of ethics for this sort of situation?

It doesn't have to be restricted to slavery. As another example, suppose an employer is paternalistic and requires his employees to have "proper American lives". Think something like what Henry ford used to do with his workers back in the day. If an employee doesn't think these rules are morally defensible, but agrees to them because the pay is good, and then gets caught in breach of these rules, and is told to

I have, what I think is, an Armstrong 48MGE12A18A-1C. I have [pictures] (http://imgur.com/a/h5YRx) and a [video] (https://vid.me/Vsdj) to show better the problems I am having.

This unit has been giving me problems in the past. The burners are lit by a spark plug. Last winter, one day, the unit simply stopped lighting. I had no idea what the problem was, so I called a tech. He wiped the spark plug off dust and a little grime, and gave me a spare spark plug. Everything was working fine after that.

This winter, I've had similar problems. The unit will randomly just not light. I've opened it up, and wiped the spark plug the same way the tech had done. It's worked fine so far.

Tonight I got
